I have used Bunches many times and never had a problem. But Mother's Day one of my daughters received hers, and I was not impressed. My out her daughter didn't receive anything. I'm very disappointed as in the past I've never had a problem. I won't use these again!

Flowers looked like they were brought from a superstore for about £5 nothing like picture wish i had bought from supermarket but throught it would be nice for my grandaughter on her 18th to have them delivered not good value

I've ordered from Bunches on numerous occasions and the recipients have usually been thrilled. The last order was for Mother's Day for my mum-in-law. The flowers did not resemble the bouquet I ordered, there were a lot of dark blooms included. Three stems didn't flower at all. The cake was in a perfect box, yet the icing was cracked in a few places. The best thing was the bag of chocolate buttons which were enjoyed! I was disappointed as this was a present for a special Mum. She only told me because I said you wanted a review. If I hadn't asked her she wouldn't of told me the truth as she wouldn't want to hurt my feelings.

My gran received her flowers but said a good few of them were either broken or squashed. Very disappointed to hear this as this was her birthday present.

Disappointing. Normally I would not have seen the bouquet myself as the delivery address was 75 miles away but it happened that I visited the following day. The flowers were delivered on time but bore little resemblance to th picture of 'Mystique Pink' that I ordered from. Just a handful of tiny, tired looking pinks for £17.99. The same would have cost under a fiver at Asda or Morrisons. I haven't used this company before and wiould be unlikely to do so again.

Don't know if there have been some changes, have used Bunches a lot, but not up to usual five star service this time. Flowers did not arrive on date despite booking well in advance. Seemed totally disinterested and on defensive when I phoned to tell them. Date of arrival is all important and as far as I am concerned, should be seen through by Florist. Not their fault, very elderly lady had to go out and pick up herself, tried phoning, couldn't get response. Spoiled surprise for her and left me feeling upset and embarrassed.

Flowers were for Mothers Day and arrived in time but looked quite sad and didn't last a week. Chocolates were actually a packet of large chocolate buttons covered with a white blume. Very disappointed, shan't use Bunches again.

Disappointed with the birthday hamper I sent to my daughter last week. £25 plus £7.00+ delivery made it quite expensive but I wanted her to have something as I wasn't going to see her on the day. The selection of items was ok: cake, fudge, shortbread, chocolates and prosecco (very small bottle) but it wasn't worth that amount of money at all. It would have been much cheaper for me to have sourced everything myself and made my own hamper up to send and I wish I had done so now.

I have ordered from bunches a few times before and have always been very pleased, however this time I wasn't impressed, the box was battered , the birthday cake I ordered as extra was hard, and all in all it didn't look worth the money as a package, Sorry.

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday 16march.They were delivered on 15th. The flowers looked v sparse compared to your photo on line. Very disappointed at they were $40 which is not cheap

I have bought hand tied bunches from other florists and they were much more impressive. Also there was no flower food as described in the literature. Overall very disappointing.

I used bunches after a recommendation from a friend. I live in China and found your website really great to use. I think that your selection of flowers, you pricing and your delivery (speed and costs) are all great. I would rate these services very good! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum in England and read that they would arrive a 'buds' and would then continue to open and bloom. Both her and I were actually really disappointed that the flowers arrived as described but then never open properly and basically died four days later still as semi opened buds. Thanks for the opportunity to review this service.

The Orchid was left in the cold on a doorstep luckily it survied but it was not delivered on the date I requested.

The delivery was faultless but the bunch if flowers I received I was extremely disappointment with. For 26.99 I would of expected more. You could of got a bunch in tescos for 7 pound and put them in some nice wrapping and would of looked the same!

Have received flowers from my daughter for Mothers' day. They arrived exactly on time. They were mostly in bud as you say they will be. I followed the instructions for their care to the letter, but many of the buds died before the bloomed fully especially the Iris. Your dispatch of my Azalea plant was fine, to a friend for her birthday. She has not yet commented about the plant's quality.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mother to arrive on mothering sunday. To ensure that i got a nice full bunch that resembeled that displayed in the picture, i upgraded to the maximum number of stems. Well, it's safe to say the flowers that arrived did not resemble the image. The bunch was sparse and although the flowers were attractive and lasted a sufficient length of time, the very fact that there was little quanity for the expense, completey ruined the surprise. I had to go out last minute and buy more flowers to fill in the gaps. For that kind of money i should have gone to interflora. I'm so disapointed and so was my mother.
