Flowers came and looked nothing like the picture, after a few days it still looks more like a pile of stems than the beautiful flowers pictured.

No problems with delivery but overall the flowers were disappointing. They came in a huge box but were very small and everything was a lot smaller than I expected. I don't think the flowers or the extras were particularly good value for money.

Sorry have used this company before and would have recommended them. but the last two orders have been, poor quality, and very poor value for money. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Had better flowers from a supermarket.

Having ordered on line with a delivery date agreed, and flowers paid for, I then received an email that my delivery date wasn't available. I asked for an upgrade of the flowers by compensation, but this was not available either. I then received another general email suggesting I buy flowers for Easter, which weren't available for delivery until after Easter.....

Ordered flowers on 21st march for delivery on 23rd. They were delivered on 26th. No one in so was taken back to post office where they stayed until 29th because of bank holiday. When they were collected they were dead as they had no water. Not impressed at all!!

i sent these to my sister for her birthday and they arrived very promptly. However two days later the buds were dieing before they opened. I am going to ring tomorrow as it is bank holiday. Most disappointing.

I was not pleased with the amount of flowers I got in the bouquet. As it is a Internet business I can only go by what the picture looks like on what I purchase and it certainly did not look anything like the picture.

I was disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on the day requested. They came a day early which was not good as this was for a birthday surprise. Also the flowers looked very tired after a couple of days.

If the Royal Mail First Class Post service is chosen delivery can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. The flowers were delivered late and when they arrived the stems were dry and took a little while to revive in water. Overall, not the best experience.

Flowers supposed to arrive on Thursday did not arrive until Sunday. On the other hand - I received a beautiful bunch from the same lady by pure coincidence. They arrived the day after she ordered them! She was very pleased with her flowers but it did cause some stress when they hadn't arrived and I phoned customer services to find if they were on there way. I will continue to order from you.

I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to a B & B that my wife and I would be using at the time of our celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary. When we arrived , the flowers had been delivered in a box which , subsequent to our arrival, our host opened the box to put the flowers in a vase for us. Both our host and I were disappointed at the display, which had, on line, looked great. But in reality I would have done better on a local garage forecourt. I had paid, online, £28 for a bunch of flowers (not a display as anticipated) which I could have got for (say) £10 in a garage. Very disappointed, will not use the service again.

The bunch looked wonderful on the picture, however , when I opened the box I was rather disappointed! I expected the bunch to be much bigger.

I ordered the 'large' option of a bouquet for over £20, and the recipient received something much smaller than the photo example provided. If what was sent really was the 'large' version, the small version must be tiny.

I have to say I was pretty disappointed with my first encounter with Bunches living overseas it is nice to be able to send flowers to my elderly mother at certain times of the year. The ordering process was easy enough however, upon speaking to my mother after the flowers were delivered it appears some were already brown at the edges and others were very wilted looking half dead before she even got them. I rely on companies like yours to do what I can't and I don't appreciate my mother receiving flowers in this state as it doesn't make either of us feel good. You probably realise I won't be using your site again and I certainly won't be recommending it either.
