“The flowers arrived on time, however they were rather dark and discoloured. The box/instructions states that it is normal for the outside petals to be brown/dark but they can be picked off as they are there to protect the flower. However, the flowers never really bloomed into a nice bright colour. Rather a shame.”

“The flowers sent were totally different from the ones in the photo. As far as I was concerned not nearly as good as previously sent was extremely disappointed. Will probably go elsewhere next time I need flowers.”

“normally a good service but when buying flowers, a candle and a bear for my partner I only received flowers and haven’t been able to get through to customer service yet to deal with the problem”

“I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I'll make an exception this time. Sure the order was for 12 carnations, but they turned up in a flat cardboard box with no other accompanying foliage or plant food. A bit disappointing for the amount paid. The local supermarket might have been a better bet. On the plus side, they are still alive 2 weeks later.”

“Most of The iris flowers opened on the second day but some died in bud, but the freesias did not open until the iris flowers had withered. We have had many beautiful bunches from you before but these were quite disappointing”

“Roses arrived on valentines day as ordered and have opened out nicely. Unfortunately, the traditional bunch of a dozen only contained 11 full flowers and a stalk! The 12th bud was loose in the outer packaging. A shame that the overall service was marred by poor quality control at the final stage.”

“I ordered a mixture of roses and freesias thinking that there would be some fragrance, especially with the freesias, but my wife and I could smell nothing from them. They do look good, but lack of fragrance is disappointing. Overall I am pleased with the service though.”

“The flowers were received on the day requested. When my wife opened the box containing the flowers and was highly delighted with the contents.The flowers were displayed in a cool environment but unfortunately the flowers only lasted four days. We were both disappointed about this due to the fact that in previous order the flowers lasted well over a week and on occasions over two weeks.”

“Delivery was quick and on the date selected. Flowers were sent as a gift and we received a photograph of these (Spring Tulips bunch at £25) from the recipient. Unfortunately the flowers were disappointing. Quite a few were already drooping, and from the photograph, were not in bud as advertised. It was also apparent that only 16 were provided, not the advertised 20. Next time I will create my own from the supermarkets where they seem to last much longer. Disappointed as we have ordered from Bunches before and had lovely bouquets.”

“Having used Bunches for a number of years, for the first time I was disappointed in the quality and content of a Valentine's bouquet recently purchased. Far too much green infill to boost the size and the blooms did not last anywhere near as long as on previous occasions. Prices seem to be hiked too. On the plus side, packaging was first class and delivery time was excellent. Bunches has been my 'go to' supplier for years and I will stick with them again in the hope that this was a one-off bad day.”

“I ordered fowers for my wife on Valentines day. This was meant to be a surprise for her but since you then filled our computer screen with adverts all elements of surprise was lost. I asked you to remove theses but you took no furthrter action and the adverts continued. As a result it is unlikely I will purchase flowers from you again. There was also a problem with the delivery. In my view delivery means someone knocking at the door. It doesn't meaning leaving something on the doorstep and not knocking or ringing the bell. Not much point in taking a photograph as proof of delivery as the item could easily be stolen if one is unaware that they it is there. Thge flowers were excellent. George Gardner”

“The bouquet was nice on arrival but the Roses therein only lasted 4 days after which the petals turned brown. The Freesias lasted 7 days though.”
