“I was disappointed, as I ordered flowers for my wife for the Saturday, day before Valentines Day, and they didn't arrive until the Monday, having been at postal centre over the weekend. A text was sent to me saying they were at the postal centre and would be delivered on the saturday! The flowers were very limp when they arrived, however, they picked up after a few hours and have been lovely for 2 weeks and still looking nice. So my wife was pleased in the end, after the disappointment initially.”

“Quite a wait for delivery. Sparce quantity. 5 tulips? Not like the brochure. Would have been just 2 stars but apparently the flowers that did arrive are still lasting okay. Dissaponted.”

“I was rather disappointed with the photo of the flowers, sent to me by the recipient. There were far fewer flowers than I would have expected for the money. However, my friend was pleased with the packet of sweet pea seeds sent with the bouquet.”

“Ordering was a doddle, all arrived on time and in good condition, exactly as expected. Only problem was that for some reason the flowers seemed to wilt very quick and some didn't even open, and we followed all the guidelines of care for our order. Shame otherwise I would have rated higher.”

“Sent a bouquet of 'rainbow flutter' flowers for a birthday and recipient shared a picture. Was a bit disappointed. Looked no where near as full and as good as stock image. Not many big, full flowers. Looked like a lot of gypsophila. The flowers opened out a bit more a couple of days later, but still did not look as good as website image. The recipient did like the sweet pea seeds that came with it.”

“I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers at the same time (prices are very reasonable) for addresses in Bristol (about 15 mins away from each other). I ordered early on Friday and expected both to be delivered on Saturday- as the advertising advised. The first bouquet arrived early Saturday morning. The second bouquet arrived Monday afternoon. I couldn't speak to anyone at the weekend and called Monday morning to find out what was happening. The bouquet of flowers arrived in good condition. My issue is that I hadn't taken on board that Royal Mail don't deliver on a Sunday. Had I known this, I would have left the order until Monday. Maybe that could be made clear on the website for future customers? Having said all that both bouquets matched the online picture and my family were delighted with them. My comments below are about the delayed delivery, which was understandably disappointing- sorry.”

“Very good quality for the flowers we ordered for an address in England. We also tried to order flowers for delivery to Northern Ireland but Bunches no longer provide that service. We discovered an alternative supplier who do deliver to Northern Ireland and, as a consequence, will be using them for all future purchases within the UK.”
