“The flowers delivered to my mum for Mother's Day were just left outside the door. She was home the whole day and no one rang the bell or knocked on the door. When I called her at about 8pm (as I live in the US) she was upset that I had forgotten her. It was at that point that I suggested she checked outfront and found them lying there. Ordering flowers from the US always causes me some concerns. I have used other companies who had similar issues. Your flowers are not cheap but I am willing to pay a premium especially for the Sunday delivery. Overall very disappointing and I will think twice before using you again and also would not reccomend you to friends in the US who similarly send flowers back to the UK”

“The Flowers were nothing like the picture showed online, I was very disappointed about the quality of the flowers that had been sent to my mum on mothers day. They weren't in any water when delivered and overpriced for what I received on the day. Not satisfied with the service.”

“I was very disappointed by the delivery of flowers for Mother's Day last week they were so small, a lot were damaged and broken and did not match the description well and certainly not the photo that is displayed on your website I had good expectations but they did not reach them by far also the balloon was a tiny thing about the size of a small apple not a regular balloon size that I expected this was not described well either. I will not be purchasing flowers from here again unfortunately”

“I ordered what looked like a full bouquet but what actually turned up to show my appreciation to my mother and to my aunt on mothers day was extremely embarrassing. When you look at the picture online compared to what actually arrived, of which I have photos of, was shocking. I had to run out and buy more flowers to make up for it from a local garage which were £5 and great value for money. I won't be using bunches again.”

“Very disappointed in the flowers, they looked very lovely in the website. Purchased them and they didn't come how they looked. Defo won't b buying agen. £31 gone to drain could of bought better at a local supermarket for that price!!!”

“Not very happy my mother never received the flowers on Mother's Day they were delivered to another address to a lady who was unable to bring them over to the right address and had to wait till Tuesday for someone to bring them over. She told the delivery guy it was the wrong address but he said to late she had signed and he walked off”

“Bunch was very small even though I paid extra for a larger size. Flowers that were in the picture were not in the bunch. All I received were some carnations. Definitely NOT as described. Would I use again? No.”

“Where to start??? i ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY MUM WHO IS IN ILL HEALTH AND IN HER 70'S A WEEK BEFORE MOTHERS DAY, I live out of the country so was really important to me, and have used you many times in the past and all lovely. However THIS TIME i SPENT MOTHERS DAY IN TEARS, AS CALLED MUM TO ASK IF SHE HAD LIKED THE BOUQUET??what bouquet , she didnt go out to church , stayed in all day [was going out at 5pm but stayed in waiting for flowers, I sent emails to your company , expaining all, got emails back MONDAY from customer service??Vicki, saying flowers were left in outbuilding on sunday??? THEN photos [no time of delivery etc, sent mum out to her shed, no flowers, she finally found them outside front door mid afternoon Monday!! although the flowers were left and nice, why did no one knock the door??? AFTER explaining all this to Vicki? Got a curt reply the matter has been dealt with//??really disgusted at the service WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND FROM YOU AGAIN, TERRIBLE SERVICE will go directly to local florist at least they care!!”

“I ordered some flowers and a card from Bunches for my wife's first Mother's Day, and was a bit underwhelmed by the bunch I received, and especially the card. Firstly, I ordered a large bunch and it did not seem any larger than the picture on their website. Secondly, none the the lilly's in the bunch had bloomed so again not representative of the picture. I was most least impressed with the card. It felt like it was printed on a home printer on a thin card, which had curled up in the delivery box. It was very small and felt very cheap. Also, when I opened the plastic wrapped around, a number of the flowers just fell of the stalks. I will definitely not be buying from them again.”
