They were a lot smaller than expected to be and it never come with a vase in the picture shows it does plus I ordered a balloon and that never came with the flowers will not be ordering from this site again

Despite promising to give a delivery slot on day of delivery this did not arrive, email finally arrived at 14:00 to inform me that flowers would in fact be delivered next day instead and again promising an email giving a delivery slot again this did not happen the flowers were finally left unattended outside the delivery address despite the householder being present the doorbell was not used. I will not be using this so called "service" again.

Flowers were delivered in a box rather than by hand despite paying almost £7 for a Sunday courier, who also rudely asked my mum to sign and walked away before even giving her time to give the pen back.

The flowers wasn't worth the money tesco sell better bunches for cheaper I was disappointed when they arrived in a big box for such a small bunch £35 wasted

I order a lot of flowers from Bunches and have never had an issue. However the flowers I ordered and mum received for mothers day were not of satisfactory quality. The bunch was so compact and small it did not reflect the picture on the website. The flowers were not fresh...they looked strangled. I could have purchased a better bunch from Asda at a fraction of the cost, which I did for her birthday.

Great website and delivery but the 20 long stems of Freesia were just 9 stems. No response from their email for complaints! Another customer bites the dust!

Waste of money! The worst bunch of flowers I have ever seen in my life. Look nothing like the picture which states it's 'standard in size.' False advertising and poor quality. Very disappointed with my purchase and shall not be back.

Not happy! The flowers arrived dry and wilted. I didn't consider them value for money. I'm glad I had them delivered on the Saturday to my address and not direct as I was so ashamed to give them to my mother and mother in law that I went out Saturday afternoon and purchased new flowers for them. It was a disgrace and I won't use your service again and I certainly won't be recommending your company.

I have used Bunches multiple times over the years and never really had an issue. I ordered my mothers flowers on Feb 9th (I think) plenty of time for the order to go through for Mother's Day, but my mothers day flowers arrived three days late. We called Bunches and they really didn't seem to care! Not sure if I will use them again or not. In addition, the flowers that did arrive 4 days late were nothing like the advertise picture. WILL NEVER USE BUNCHES AGAIN.

Flowers were in poor condition and despite purchasing the "large" size seemed to lack in number/volume. First time I've used bunches - gave them a shot and will unlikely use again.

**DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM BUNCHES UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.MY HUSBAND SPENT £24.99 ON A BUNCH THAT I COULD HAVE PAID £3-5 FROM ASDA/MORRISONS OR ANY BIG SUPERMARKETS.THEY ALSO ARRIVED 2 DAYS LATE.THESE WAS A SURPRISE FOR MOTHERS DAY,THESE WAS PAID & ORDERED FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE MOTHERS DAY.THEY WAS MEANT TO ARRIVE THE DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY & THEY DIDNT ARRIVE UNTIL 2 DAYS AFTER MOTHETS DAY. I EMAILED & GOT NO RESPONSE. MY HUSBAND HAS BOUGHT FROM OTHER SITES BEFORE & SPENT THE SAME MONEY OR EVEN LESS AND IVE BEEN HAPPY WITH SIZE OF THE BOUQUET,ARRIVAL & EVERYTHING ELSE.THE PICTURE ON BUNCHES, THE SIZE IS ABOUT 4 BUNCHES IN ONE PICTURE COMPARED TO WHAT YOU'LL RECIEVE.SO AS I SAID IF YOU OR YOU WANT A FRIEND OR LOVED ONE TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND THINK YOUVE SPENT £5 ON FLOWERS..DONT BUY.VERY POOR SIZE,ARRIVAL & SERVICE.I WAS VERY UNHAPPY & WAS GOING TO SEND THEM BACK BUT ALSO BECAUSE THEY WERE 2 DAYS LATE. I ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet for my mum for Mother's Day pink lemonade it was called. It turned up half dead, petals falling off as soon as you touched them,, and it was tiny.!! Can can better from a super market. Will never use again... Absolutely disgusted

Extremely disappointed with my delivery. For the priced I paid. Very small delivered in no water. Ballon and butterflies separate. Not even a made bouquet

My bouquet was pathetic and as for your free "box" of chocolates a small bag. I actually went out and bought my mother another bunch of flowers and an actual box of chocolates

My mother was taken ill and had to relocate to another address at short notice due to building work being done on the roof of her flat. I asked if the flowers and gifts could be re-directed to the new address but I got an email telling me the order had already been dispatched. Just one line, no attempt made to offer a discount on my next order or any empathy offered for the situation just one line, which came across as "we've got your money tough luck!". I live in Australia and my family live in UK, that's 3 sisters, my son, daughter in law and grandson plus my mother. I send gifts and flowers regularly but it won't be with your company again.

Purchased flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day as the photo that I seen, I thought they looked lovely & my mum would have loved them, Flowers arrived on Saturday & they were nothing like the photo, hardly any flowers & I knew they would be some bud. as it did say this however the flowers that came were pathetic, I was mortified when I seen them & the chocolates were the same,chocolate buttons that were turning white. I have never used this company and I will never use it again, Total waste of money, I thought I would treat my mum to really nice flowers but from now on I will stick with Aldis or Asda...

I made four orders of flowers & gifts for Mothers Day and NONE of the flowers arrived looking even half as a decent at they were portrayed on the website. The bunches were quarter the amount displayed on the site and looked half dead. Upon requesting a refund & sending back the flowers the customer representative handling my request was very uncooperative & resilient to my refund demand. In the end I had to recite customers legal rights in order for the representative to permit a refund. VERY disappointed with the service & overall experience and shall not be ordering from this company again or recommending them to my worst enemy. It's a shame really because the whole experience really ruined the celebration of the day.
