“Never used bunches before and not sure I will again having spent almost £20 on flowers as a thank you to my family for looking after us over Christmas. I ordered them early so I could see them before I left and I was so embarrassed I had to apologise to my sister in law. I could have bought the same flowers for less than £10 in Tesco. My sister in law even commented that they were nowhere near as nice as usual.”

“Was expecting a nice big bunch of flowers for the price, they turned up squashed in to a tiny box and honestly I've had nicer flowers which have been purchased from petrol stations. Not what I expected at all and some of the flowers were dead. I have however sorted out a refund quite quickly and painlessly so that's something.”

“When the flowers arrived and my wife bought them home from her work ,I could not believe the quality , on your web site the photo showed a nice bunch of flower ,what I got was a few flower in a flat box that I could have got from any super market for about £5.00 .very disappointed ,sorry I don't like to leave a negative view but you asked me for my opinion .”

“Ordering the flowers was quick and simple as well as delivery, I also thought that the price without the voucher I used was reasonable. My low rating is for the flowers themselves. I ordered the mystique pink boutique which from the picture on the site would cheer anyone up. After seeing the photo that my friend had sent to say thank you, I was severely disappointed, as it looked like a quarter of the bunch on the site photo. I would have been much better off going to the local Aldi and buying a bunch from them and delivering it myself.”

“I ordered 2 arrangements, one for my parents and one for my husbands parents. Although the flowers were of good quality, I feel the pictures shown on the web site were not a true representation of what was received. There seemed to be more decorative stems than flowers and also the colours were not as shown. I appreciate that sometimes due to availability as per small print that flowers sometimes have to be substituted but I was disappointed over all.”

“No email confirmation of order. Phoned customer service and spoke to girl who sounded half asleep. Never received any confirmation. Tried emailing but no reply. Then discovered that the flowers I sent as a birthday present, arrived a whole day early. Very disappointing. Won't use Bunches again.”

As advertised this delivery can take place during a 1-2 day period and unfortunately as this is not the traceable option although aware of which two days the period will between we do not know which day out of the two that these would arrive .
