I ordered flowers for my wife to celebrate my son's birthday. I have previously used Bunches with no problems and so I ordered a mid priced Xmas bouquet, and was delighted when a large box was delivered as promised. Imagine my dismay when my wife opened the box and brought out what can only be described as a small hand held bouquet - not akin to a wedding variety. I was very dismayed and ended up buying additional (and much nicer and cheaper) flowers from a local supermarket to make up for it. I have tweeted my dismay to Bunches and whilst they have acknowledged this they have STILL not made contact about it. Overall - very poor service.

Poor customer service. No email confirmation of order. Rang customer service and spoke to someone who sounded half asleep. They promised to send me confirmation, but didn`t. The flowers arrived the day before I ordered them for a birthday, so a bit disappointing. Won`t use them again.

Disappointed in the value of the flower display did not think it was good value for money Delivery was good but flowers were dissappointing

My complaint is not about Bunches as such but about their delivery agent, Royal Mail. The flowers were sent to an elderly relative (93 years old) and she was unable to get to the door in time to answer when the postman rang. Instead she got a card telling her to go to the sorting office a mile and a half away. A neighbour went for her the next day and the flowers were then looking rather the worse for wear. Luckily a nephew arrived who is a keen gardener and he was able to rescue them. Now (7 days after delivery) they are still doing well and she is very pleased with them. As I said, my complaint is really with Royal Mail who postman must have known he was delivering to an elderly and somewhat infirm lady but who could not wait for her to answer the door.

Flowers not very good and had to collect from post office main distribution depot 38 miles round trip 10 pound in fuel next time buy from local flower shop .

Amount of flowers were awful, looked like a bunch from service station. 'Free Truffles' were a tiny bag with about 5 chocolates in. Awful for price, over £30. Will be buying them elsewhere instead. Very disappointed

I have sent flowers using Bunches on many occasions but have never previously seen the flowers. This year I sent flowers to both of my daughters who live quite close to me. When I saw the flowers that I had sent them I was very disappointed with what they had received. Your online site shows photographs of the standard version which I ordered and the large version. Both of my daughter's gifts did not match the description on your website. As well as the orders I placed for my daughters I also placed four more orders in December for people who do not live close to me so I do not know the quality of what they have received. I am very concerned about this as I have used Bunches several times in the past and now wonder what has actually been received. I am very reluctant to use Bunches in the future. Flowers were delivered between 2 and 3pm. Mum got home at 3pm and flowers looked half dead totally wilted, which shouldn't have happened considering it's winter in the U.K. And usually they are kept in water until delivered, one hour shouldn't have seen them deteriorate so quickly, she put them in a vase with water, fortunately they did pick up and survive, so she tells me, hope she wasn't just saying that so I wouldn't be upset!

Somewhat disappointed. I always buy flowers for my wife at Christmas and often purchase through Bunches during the year for other people. I was expecting the flowers to be brighter and more colourful. My daughter bought us two relatively cheap bunches of roses and some silver sprayed extras. These really were excellent and made my ordered bunch look even poorer. It is rare that I have to complain, but even the complementary chocolates had been melted and stuck together. Peter

The flowers that were delivered to my friend was disappointing. There were red and white Carnations and Gypsophila but most of the red Asiatic Lilies buds were very small and green, some of the very small buds will probably not bloom at all. There were no red cones decorations instead there were huge baubles which dominated the whole bouquet. Overall the bouquet delivered did not reflect the image on your website. I am aware that flowers are sent in buds, so that they bloom later and last longer but I would have expected at least one Asiatic lily to be in full bloom. I was impressed and satisfied with all my previous orders until now.

Whist the flowers were delivered on time as promised, I was disappointed with the quality and the overall size of the product. Not concerned about the extras even though they were not of very good quality. Having seen the flowers after they were deliver to my very old friend I felt I could have got much better value and quality of blooms by going to my local super market and buying off the shelf Having bought from bunches before and been happy am very disappointed and probably will not purchase or recommend again

Sorry I have used Bunches in the past but was disappointed with this order - I would say I could have got the same from a supermarket for £7.00.

The flowers weren't anywhere near as what I had expected, didn't look like the picture at all, would of got a lot nicer bunch from Tesco for half the price.

The flower which shown on the website had a pot which were not delivered. Flower were not up to mark. half of the flower were still in the bud not fully opened. Delivery supposed to be 24 December and they delivered on 23 December

I sent a basket of plants to my son and daughter in law for Christmas but unfortunately it arrived in very poor condition. My son managed to salvage the plants and put them back into the basket but many of the flower stems had been broken. I have sent plants and cut flowers before and they have always arrived in tip-top condition and I have been very pleased: sadly not this time.
