I have always used bunches for many years. Normally they would get a very good star rating. However on this occasion i was let down. These were ordered for the 22 nd. Normally they arrive just before or on the day. They arrived on the 24th, to an empty house. We went away for christmas. On arrival home my son retrieved the flowers from the bin, where they were left and put them in water. So no harm done. Just a little disappointed that my wife did not open here favourite flowers.

Great website, good prices but you could really do with a 'confirmation of delivery to recipient'. I have no idea whether my purchase arrived or not.

I ordered 3 lots of flowers, 2 arrived on the day but the most important one didn't. This was for an 80 year old's birthday. This lady is in a care home, she has had 2 heart bypasses, a few years ago had a leg amputated and a hysterectomy. I normally send flowers from a local shop amd have never had a problem before.

Wish they would send text or email as confirmation of delivery like some suppliers. When you send a surprise gift it’s embarrassing to contact the receiver asking them if they were delivered! Especially when it’s to mark the anniversary of a loved one!!! So don’t ask the other questions of delivery, who by, was it damaged because I have no idea. Other than that I really like bunches

As a flowers by post company we rely on the Royal Mail and nationwide couriers to help make our deliveries. This means that we give all our customers two options for delivery. They are as follows: A). Royal Mail 1st class delivery service - this is a free non-trackable delivery service. B). A guaranteed courier delivery service - to use this delivery service requires an additional charge, however using this service ensures that the flower gift will arrive guaranteed on the day of your choice and it is also a trackable service. Looking into your order, It looks as though the free Royal Mail delivery service was chosen which means the flower gift cannot be traced as the Royal Mail do not allow us to track items that are sent via them. This is the reason that a trackable courier option is also available and is sometimes recommended. We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment that may have been caused. Lovely flower but what I paid for i could gone to a supermarket they was a small bunce for the price I paid was not happy for the price

Always been very satisfied before but this time the flowers were somewhat crushed together. Usually come in a bigger box so this may be the difference.

I sent my friend flowers + Prosecco candle and chocolates to cheer her up as she had a lot going on and had a bad cold. she was very grateful and happy but told me the roses were past the best and already had started welching when she received them. This must have been the case as she would normally be very polite and say how wonderful they were as she is a very positive person. so I was really surprised and upset to hear it. she texted me 3 days later to say thank you for the chocolates and candle that she had only just found when recycling the box, as they were hidden in an other separate compartenent in the bottom of the flower box! Also just got let you know, your card writing software is very temperamental and changes lines indiscriminately and the word count is stupid. I don't think I will be using "bunches" again sadly.

As a regular customer I was disappointed by the email chat facility when I queried why a particular display was not available for a 1 December delivery. The explanation was incomplete and I did not receive a response to my follow up questions. A subsequent telephone call provided the information that the chosen display was an autumn collection and thus not available for my chosen delivery date. Your website could have made this clearer; the telephone conversation was handled professionally and I later ordered an alternative.

Flowers were really lovely and would have given 5 stars but lots of the heads had snapped off of the stems.

My sister really loved the flowers, but they arrived a day late. It didn't matter at all, but had they been for a specific occasion such as ordered to arrive on a birthday or anniversary, it would have been extremly disappointing.

The flowers were beautiful arrived very quickly and in cardboard box undamaged. But and it's a big but each stalk had a one-use plastic water pod on it. One for each stem! Can I really justify ordering again? Great shame.

As a flowers by post company we do have to ensure that we adhere to our freshness guarantee. Looking further into your order, we can see that you ordered the Oriental Orchids. As the orchids can be quite sensitive during transit periods, we do have to attach the bottom of the stems to a small tube of water individually to ensure that they are fresh and arrive in our expected standards. The small tubes are usually easily detached from the stem when the recipient is arranging this flower item into a vase. We apologise for any disappointment this may have caused. In the past I have been very pleased with Bunches. However, I recently ordered a bouquet for a special wedding anniversary and it arrived 2 days late. I ordered it 3 days beforehand and clearly marked the date on which it should be delivered. Very disappointing and embarrassing.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. I have just looked into this order for you and we dispatched your flower gift to arrive on the 24th or 26th November at the very latest with the Royal Mail free delivery. When this method of delivery is chosen, the flower gift can be delivered on a 1-2 day working basis (The Sunday is bypassed in this instance as the Royal Mail do not carry out deliveries on this day). This is explained on our website when ordering and this information should also have been relayed in an email confirmation to you. We do also offer a courier service which is available to all our customers for an additional charge. This method of delivery will ensure that the flowers do arrive guaranteed on the day of your choice. We would like to apologise for any disappointment caused here. Kind Regards - Bunches.

It took a little longer that it stated for the delivery it was a month as to the 3 to 5 working days.

The flowers I ordered were despatched on time but were delivered a day later than they should have been. Consequently, what should have been tight buds had already started to open so the flowers are unlikely to last as long. Perhaps Bunches should consider other delivery options.
