Having used you before I was rather upset at the state of the package and flowers inside, some being damaged and spoiled the occasion. Would probably think twice before using you again

Flowers arrived showing some browning to the blooms. Although there were buds which provided some flowers subsequently, the impression gained by the recipient (for a birthday) was of disappointment.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your recent gift. Our roses have a slight dishevelled appearance on the outer guard petals as this is a natural characteristic of the roses. We do leave these barrier petals on the roses to protect the flower during transit and they just need to be gently removed from the rose on arrival as explained on our care leaflet. I hope the flowers delivered were ok but I had no email to say they were being dispatched. Did the arrive in time ? I hope so but I don’t know. All I know is that they did arrive .

Not as many flowers as shown on the website. They were nice hut disappointed in the quantity.

Didn’t realise that I needed to upgrade in order to find out if flowers arrived OK. Picked a day and they were delivered 2 days later NOT ON THE DAY PICKED.. item was LEFT AT THE DOOR. No bell rung .

This service comes with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on the date selected, however this is not a guarantee. We do offer a courier service if a guaranteed delivery date is required. This was delivered to my daughter in Kent on 5th January. She removed the guard petals, but there was peripheral damage to further petals. Over a period of days the roses opened, and the damage was less noticeable. So, a dodgy start to her birthday, but an OK outcome, but absolutely not a WOW experience.

My Mum received these for her birthday, I did not see them but she also received a bunch from a well known supermarket which she thought were rather better. I believe both bunches cost about the same. Also flowers were just left outside the front door, no card was left and the doorbell was not rung.

It’s very hard to write a review when you send them to someone else as you don’t get to see them , but recepient said they were lovely , so hope she wasn’t just being polite

I would like Bunches to notify customers when order has been delivered. This would confirm if my last order eg had been delivered or not. Previous time I used Bunches order was left on the back doorstep without notifying the recipient.

Delivered quickly which was great but overpriced for what we received. Half the flowers already in bloom and it was really much smaller than I expected.

my recipient received her flowers only after collecting from parcel depot, All seems fine from what I can tell, her only query was that the Stems were not covered with the wet pouch when recd so the flowers were very dry and when in a vase were very thirsty. I have used Bunches a few times now and generally all is brilliant so this little error I will put down to the order pickers not concentrating as would be very busy. I will continue to use them.

Unfortunately the flowers ordered arrived five days late and of course had really deteriorated. I did get good email responses to my complaints about this and fresh flowers were delivered to my sister. She had the incompnvenience of looking out for the postman for days and the element of surprise was lost.

Have used them for years and always thought to be a quality company. I’ve never seen any of the flowers that I’ve sent until recently. I’d sent a bouquet to my sister who was ill and the next day I went to visit her. The flowers were awful half of them were dead and not what I’d expected. I complained and they said they would send another bouquet and did apologise. They did send another bouquet and my sister sent a picture of them. They were definitely not like the picture on the website. I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

Flowers were delivered on the morning (Saturday) of the evening after ordering (as expected as extra paid for this). This gets a "good"rating. While I realise that it is not always possible to supply exactly what is advertised, I was very disappointed that the flower colours were nothing like those in the advertised bouquet which I had chosen specifically for their colours. Hence my overall rating of "acceptable". Having said that, the flowers sent were in good condition and have lasted well.

I have used bunches many times and on this occasion it was easy to order and the flowers were delivered as requested. However, my friend sent me a picture of the flowers and have to Day I was disappointed with them, they certainly didn’t look as good as on the website.

Arrived a.m. as requested. Even allowing for Christmas demand these were much below expectations; there was no plant food to be found; I would gladly have paid extra for more roses.
