i placed an order for my daughters birthday a week before the date. when placing the order at no time did your webpage indicate that deliveries were not 100% guaranteed on the date. I wrote to your customer services desk who reminded me what your terms and conditions were. The flowers did not arrive on the birthday. I have been a very regular customer for a few years. in the future, I shall definitely bear your T&Cs in mind when I make a decision to which florist I use. I would suggest you have your delivery terms more visible at the time of placing the order, so customers such as me know their flowers will not arrive on the specified date and on the special occasion.

I ordered flowers on Monday evening (bank holiday). They arrived on Saturday- very disappointing. I enquired on Thursday and was told they would arrive by Friday 6pm.

I have had flowers from bunches before but the last bunch we had for my mothers birthday were terrible. They did not last or bloom to their potential. Very disappointed. The pot they arrived in was dry so we think that may have been the issue.

The flowers were beautiful but the delivery left a lot to be desired Even though my daughter was at home the delivery man put them through an open window at the back where there were two dogs inside Luckily they never got to to the flowers but not a good idea to have left them there

The policy is for the delivery drive to knock at the door, if the recipient isn't available they are taken back to the depot. We believe the delivery driver left the parcel in the open window to avoid the recipient having to collect after no answer at the door. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Value was goid but really disappointed how long the flowers lasted. After only 3 days some started to wilt. I bought these as a gift for someone so was embarrassed

Ordered one week before wedding anniversary and then received flowers for my wife a day late. Have used Bunches before with no problem but this time not happy at all with them being a day late.

The flowers were delivered 3 days after the delivery due date even though i ordered them 2 weeks prior so plenty of time they could have been delivered on the due date

A lot of buds were broken off in the bottom of the box. Unfortunately they only lasted 4 days before starting to wilt. The size of the bunch was less than i expected. But my daughter loved the candle.

Disappointing quality overall. I ordered the “summer fair” bouquet which cost £38. The delivery was a day late however it did state it could take 1-2 days longer than expected due to Covid so not really an issue by itself. Packing looked decent on arrival with only one rose looking a bit worse for wear when removed from the box. Disappointed with how long they lasted though as 4-5 days for a fairly expensive bunch of flowers isn’t great when you consider your local super market will likely sell flowers at a fraction of the cost and last longer. Maybe this was a one off bad experience but don’t think I will risk it again.

Disappointed. Last year excellent...this year, no water in bag. Delivered to front door and not at the rear as requested. Not inclined to order again.

The flowers got delivered squeezed and squashed. The box has been thrown about and the chocolates were broken and not the way it should have been delivered. I feel upset that the flowers and chocolates did not available the way it was advertised and should have been delivered.

Box was badly wet damaged (had been raining that day but why would the box have been left out to soak in a puddle) and looked like it wasnt the first time the box had been opened. Delivery driver had abandoned it in the apartment complex porch instead of bringing it to my door. Looked more like leaves than flowers and it's been a week and their all looking dreadful. £5 at ASDA does a nicer fresher bunch than bunches.

Nice arrangement but didn’t last for very long. Roses never opened and one of the flowers had started to die on day 1 with the whole bunch dropping over by day 4. Not great value for money.

Recipient told me the bunches flowers were not as fresh as others she received for the same occasion. Roses in particular had wilted petals
