“Sadly, this time, the gypsophila was broken, the expected bright pink and yellow freesias I'd hoped for amongst those in the stems were restricted to 1 white and all the rest purple and they were all gone over in three days, unlike my last Bunches flowers which were lovely and lasting.”

“The flowers arrived on time and appeared to be fresh. However they looked nothing like the photo on the website, with less flowers and far more greenery. The roses were wilted by the following day, although this may have been due in part to the extreme weather at that time.”

“Fast delivery, turned up a day early. Unfortunately really disappointed with the quantity of flowers for £26. They were lovely and good quality, but I could have got more at my local supermarket for £5. Luckily my wife loved them anyway so it wasn't a total loss.”

“Unfortunately, the flowers withered too early. Probably because the weather was hot and the flowers were not delivered until afternoon and we did keep them in a warm room..albeit we put them into water as soon as we received them”

“Only lasted 4 days and despite changing water twice gave off a very offensive smell. My 11 year old grandaughter very upset as they were a present for her prom after leaving her school. Spoilt a lovely week for her. Always had good flowers from you and picked this bouquet because of the name summer(her name) fave flowers roses and sunflowers and fave colour yellow. Not impressed this time around!!!”

“Beautiful bunch of flowers delivered quickly. They looked great but after 4 days half of the bunch was dead and needed throwing away. Was a real shame and expected them to last longer. Maybe it was just the hot weather”

“The flowers that arrived were pretty but they were not the colours I had ordered. As I had specifically asked if the bouquet in the photo was the one that I would received, I was disappointed to say the least. Customer service didn't really address the problem although they did give me some points to sue against a future order.”
