My daughters flowers arrived damaged so very promptly you kindly sent some more. But very disappointing. At the same time she had sent me some from another seller which didn’t cost as much and they are superb. Yours were not up to the standard I expect from online flowers. We will not be using you again.

I ordered a pink and blue wonder orchid for £29.99. I received a pink orchid bent around a cane in a bad shape in a cracked pot. I was offered £5 off. After a strongly worded email I was given a full refund....which they got wrong refunding in total £27.99 but I couldn't be bothered to chase £2. The day after my sister found the orchid I wanted for £12 in Tesco.

I placed an order on Weds 3rd April to be delivered on Thurs 4th, I called on Fri 5th as the order hadn't been received, I was advised that it had been dispatched and that it would be delivered before 6pm on that day. I called again on Monday 8th as the order was never received, I was offered that a replacement could be sent on that day but as you are aware it was a birthday gift as I purchased, flowers a birthday balloon, birthday card and birthday cake, my aunt's birthday was on Thursday the 4th, I said it was too late and now pointless, my aunt contacted me yesterday Wednesday 10th to say she had received the flowers! Not impressed.

I was not impressed with my purchase at all. The flowers were all droopy, with no life In them. They were a gift for my mum, how embarrassing when she said me a picture of what she had recieved. They were nothing like the ones I picked. I have been back and forth with this company trying to get a refund. Am still awaiting.

Ordered flowers for mothering Sunday .. most of flowers died.. had to email as butterfly picks ordered not sent with flowers.. most disappointed and then told flowers only guaranteed to last 7 days.

My online order for Mother's Day managed to garble the address and the flowers turned up at my home and not my mother's. Last time they did not turn up at all. Never using this vendor again.

The local garage is better value. Cheap flowers in cheap wrapping. Certainly not worth the money

I wouldn’t use this service again. My order was never delivered. However, after getting in touch with customer services and a few emails back and forth they did eventually agree to a full refund.

Disnt arrive until at 10pm. I paid for a large, I dread to think what a regular is if the large received is anything to go by. I did get 10.00 refund but wont be using this company again, especially as I had paid for the delivery for mothers day. Avoid

Not happy at all. I don’t want to talk about quality of flowers. The flowers were delivered one day after the birthday. This is not understandable. I ordered the flowers from Canada but never knew they will not be delivered on time. Never going to use BUNCHES again

I didn’t think much my order when delivered didn’t have the whole order although after ringing and telling you the rest was delivered next day but the so called bouquet was spindly and certainly not worth the money so I won’t be shopping with you guys again

Unfortunately my mum was not home for delivery and the box of flowers was dropped over the fence upside down sending them everywhere and just creating a mess.Disappointed as it was mums mothers day pressie.

I was very disappointed with how small the bunch of flowers were then they arrived. Considering the value, I could have bought 5 bunches from Tesco and spent less, but had more actual flowers

The package was left on the doorstep, the front door was not even knocked on. The safe place I requested the package be left with - neighbour was ignored. Subsequently the weather ruined the cardboard box. Very poor experience

Really disappointed the bouquet was tiny in comparison to the pictures online. I was away so unable to get my own and this was a easy solution, I’ve always been skeptical and this confirmed my skepticism of ordering flowers online. Picture is very deceiving, will not be using Bunches again.

Delivery was all over the place, told me they delivered so I rescheduled a pick up the next day, then they arrived that evening. Flowers weren’t as full as the pictures and they barely lasted 5 days. Very disappointed. Will not be using bunches again.

Ordered 2x bunches for mother’s day. Due to arrive Friday or Saturday. Actually arrived Thursday and lots of them were dead by Sunday. Two different bunches delivered to two addresses. Both arrived a day early and did not last very long. My last order from Bunches!
