“Ordered the flowers early morning and chose next day option but was delivered 3 days later. They flowers had already started open up so lost some of the time of the flowers.”

“I bought a £30 bouquet as a gift for a friend, but despite trimming the ends & putting into water they never perked up with quite a few droopy flowers hanging down. There wasn’t any flower food provided, maybe that would have made a difference. I sent a message on the live chat to say I was disappointed with them as they looked really underwhelming compared to flowers I’ve bought from other online shops, but I didn’t get a response. The colours in the bunch were lovely, & delivery was on time but over all disappointed with the quality.”

“I ordered letterbox flowers as I was unsure the recipient would be home, however; the flowers were delivered to neighbour and not received until next day. This defeats the whole object of letterbox flowers. On the upside, they said they the flowers were lovely”

“Flowers lovely, response to queries prompt. Only 3 stars as delivered a day late. I opted for Royal Mail as the order was well in advance of the special day and the website notes 90% of deliveries are made on time. Either the delivery was received late by Royal Mail or the 90% needs downgrading. An order placed in good time should not be late. As a wedding anniversary gift for my parents, asking them to be around for two days for a delivery is not great. Everything else was good but the delivery really spoilt it.”
