“The flowers are very nice, but one of the roses hasn't opened at all, and the bunch looks much smaller in the flesh than on the website. A disappointment really!”

“The flowers ordered were for a birthday. These did not arrive on the day. Bunches use Royal Mail, who are beyond useless. When I contacted Royal Mail they told me they had attempted to deliver and no one was in. My daughter in law has a camera on the front of the property, and no one had attempted delivery. The flowers, which had sat somewhere in Royal Mail for 3 days, were eventually delivered, by leaving the box outside of the property, late that evening. No notification, or ring on the door bell. I will never use any company that uses Royal Mail again.”

“Flowers delivered on time. Easy to order. I did not see the flowers as they were a gift for my sister in law. I did ask her for a photo and have to say I was slightly disappointed as they were nothing like the picture of the Florist's Choice Luxe.”

“Bouquets were beautiful and delivered perfectly. But they were just so small especially for what you’re paying. I bought one which was the biggest option and was still so small.”

“The flowers were colourful and nicely combined. However, the bunch was a bit thin, and they were not really fresh. They arrived late afternoon rather than earlier in the morning. I have been generous in giving 3 stars, I would have given 2.5 stars if possible. I will probably not order from you again.”

“Whilst the quality of the flowers were good, the amount received differed greatly from the photo listed. The photo should be of what you will actually receive, not padded out with additional flowers to make it look better.”
