“I was a bit disappointed in this bunch of flowers this time. They were not as nice as the ones I usually buy and they were more expensive. I always buy from you as so far they have always been good . I am hoping this is just a one off.”

“I normally buy all my flowers from bunches and they have been amazing in the past. This time the flowers seemed very sparse and not full like the photos. Some of the flowers had already started to wilt and they only lasted a few days.”

“My girlfriend complained that a few of the roses were brown. I purchased the XL version and it didn’t look nowhere near as big as it looked on the pictures. I’m quite dissatisfied to be honest because when I found this website I thought oh what a lovely idea I can send my girlfriend flowers with ease whenever I want now. Oh well guess it’s too good to be true.”

“I brought two bunches of flowers for a 70th and 80th birthday. I asked for a picture from the 70th Birthday as she said they were gorgeous unfortunately they were nothing like the on line photo they were cramped and looked like they were dying. The 2nd bunch were sent on valentines day for the 80th I also asked for a photo and they seemed to be lovely and worth the money.”

“The flowers arrived on time but I was a little disappointed with the quality , they looked a little droopy and dried out and whilst they picked up a bit when put in water they never really looked at all fresh and vibrant”

“Unfortunately it is not a good review. First time using Bunches & sadly the last. Sent to my friend for her birthday & as asked, she sent me photos on arrival of flowers & 3 days later. Nothing like presented on website.Pretty...but could get similar from supermarket for much cheaper. So disappointed. Live & learn... Lisa Walsh Fife Scotland”

“The service and communication was brilliant but was slightly disappointed with the display compared to the photo on website. The recipient sent me a message of thanks with a picture so have seen what was delivered. Will use again to see how they do.”
