Flowers looked nothing like the picture. A very small bunch. I emailed a photo and no reply. Totally disappointed. Will not use again

flowers arrived in time .But very expensive for the amount of flowers .very disappointed .Nothing like the the flowers adverised

Flowers arrived in individual bunches instead of the arrangement shown on the website. Very unprofessional. When contacting customer services they emailed me with the dictionary explanation of what a bouquet is!!! No good if you want a lovely arrangement for a birthday. Should have just gone to tacos and done it myself!!

I made the order Wednesday for Friday, they confirm it to me, today it's Friday and the flowers didn't arrived at my friend's house. So so so grumpy :-(

I have taken a look into your order and can see that you selected to use our free delivery service. As we are a flowers by post company our free delivery service with the Royal Mail. As advertised this can take place between a 1-2 day period however at the time your gift is dispatched we are unaware of which day between the two that it will arrive on. There are those times where customers do not want to take the chance of their gift not arriving on their desired date which is to why we also offer an guaranteed day delivery service for additional charge. I ordered flowers on Friday 12th May for my mums birthday on the 13th. I was very disappointed that they didn't arrive until today the 16th. Unacceptable

No comms re flower delivery which I would expect, the initial query to the whereabouts of flowers came from my side. Flowers not tracked, ludicrous, service needs reviewing.

No response to my issues from the company... more so a courier issue, DPD thought it'd be a good idea to leave a bunch of flowers on the roadside and my recipient didn't get what I paid for because they were stolen! The gesture AND money was wasted and Bunches didn't respond to my email. Disappointing.

I selected Friday 12th May as delivery day because it was my daughter's first wedding anniversary but I'm so very disappointed to say that the surprise package has only just been delivered on Monday 15th May. If an agreement is made to deliver on a particular day then that should be upheld. The flowers weren't even in a water supply and they were held at a DPD depot over the weekend. Shambles.

False advertisement , the picture on the website and what actually was received looks completely different . Really disappointed and will never buy from here again

My friend posted the photo of the flowers I sent her and I was embarrassed by what I saw. A very small tatty bunch of flowers that looked nothing like your picture. I've used you for years & im just wondering g if all the flowers were like this

I admit I had input the wrong address but I found out that the flowers were not delivered to a person, they were dumped in a green recycling bin and left there. When I chased this up with the company they said there was nothing they can do. I will not be using this company again. Poor delivery service and poor customer relations!!!

Ordered a Cheese Lovers Hamper for my Mum on Mothers Day and from 6 things in the hamper, 3 were wrong! Two of the same cheeses, plain water crackers not ale crackers and Elderflower drink not Apple press. Sent two emails to flowers@bunches.co.uk and not even had an acknowledgement, disgraceful all round. Will not use in the future nor recommend.

I received the flowers although they were in a nice box, inside the flowers looked like the £3 flowers you buy from a supermarket. Which is quite disappointing 😬🙄

Had not used this company before. I ordered the Mystic Pink Bouquet for a friend's 90th Birthday. On delivery her Son said the box container was good but the flowers were disappointing, just a few carnations and a spray of gypsophilia. He felt obliged to supplement these with additional flowers and ribbon before passing them on to his Mother. Very disappointed as I thought the picture on the website looked a very nice arrangement.

I sent a balloon in a box with cake and chocolates to a friend and the box was left in a "wheelie bin" and balloon was burst when my friend opened box. Will not be using Bunches again as this is unacceptable and it isn't the first time this has happened.

Had a delivery this morning. Worst flowers i had ever received. All squashed in a box and half of the flowers heads had come off. Definitely not worth the money
