“Told me delivery date would be next day, then after I paid they said please allow 1-2 days for delivery. Flowers came day after my mum's birthday, if I knew I would have used another company. The flowers were nice apparently and good priced however.”

“According to the recipient, the flowers arrived the day after her birthday (the day I requested) and were in poor condition. Broken stems and too 'past their sellby date) to put in a vase. Disappointing for her and annoying for me as they cost me £25”

“Extremely disappointed! The flowers arrived in a box that was too small and although it was stated the flowers would arrive in bud form to give maximum display time the flowers were already in bloom and were mostly withered. They went straight in the bin.”

“Flowers were delivered in a box all squashed not what I would call a bouquet ! No ribbon, additional butterflies purchased were not even in the flowers were just in a packet, the box of chocolates was a packet of buttons the only positive is they were delivered on the day we paid for ! most disappointed would not recommend !”

“I paid 17.99 for 8 stems and 2 were broken ones. when it arrived I burst in to tears I was so disappointed . the only saving grace was I had the delivered to me and not to my sister for her 70th birthday . I would have been so embarrassed if she would have seen them . I had to rush out to get another present . the photo looked beautiful, I could not wait to give them to her. well I know better now, never again .”
