Flowers did not arrive on Mothers Day with Bunches keen to pass sole blame to n to Royal Mail without actually being able to prove they were despatched in the first place! Following a complaint from me I am pleased to say a replacement bouquet was sent

Thank you for your review. I can confirm the flowers were despatched on 8th March and therefore should have arrived no later than the 10th March. I am sorry to hear they did not reach the recipient for the expected date. I can see that a replacement has now been arranged after speaking with our customer support team. please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused.

Flowers were lovely but were delivered in four separate bunches not the one bouquet advertised on the site. Rather takes away the point of ordering a bouquet when the recipient has to arrange the flowers from 4 bunches. Not really what I paid for. Always been pleased with the service but not this time.

I bought these for mother's day and my mum sent me a picture . I paid extra for a bigger bunch . It looked scarce and they were drooped . Not impressed.

I asked for mother’s day flowers to be delivered on the Saturday. They were delivered on the Thursday prior to Mother’s Day- seriously not impressed!!!!!!!!

Awful flowers sent out for Mothers Day that were in poor condition and virtually dead by Mothers Day, sent a complaint email that wasnt even replied to....Very disappointing

Flowers delivered to wrong address. Two later Mum received a 'tired looking ' bunch. She revived them a little with plant food.

My husband ordered me a Mother's Day bouquet. They arrived the Friday before Mothering Sunday... however, the flowers were wilting and some flowers browned on the edges as I opened the box! A lot of the main stems like the roses had either drooped or died by the Sunday. Another 3 days and the whole lot was thrown away. I'd followed the instructions, topped the water up, kept them in a cooler room of the house but they still died incredibly fast. I am absolutely gutted for my husband who had gone out of his way and spent money we didn't really have. None of the Mothering Sunday flowers seem to have the free chocolates included either... what has happened to Bunches?

The flowers were really pretty and the total number of stems as expected but it was disappointing that two small bunches were delivered rather than one large bunch as that obviously doesn’t look very impressive or professional to the recipient!

I ordered flowers from you for my mother for mothers day. They arrived in a small box pretty much squashed together. Not in any water. Around day 5 the petals were dropping of the flowers esp the tulips my mother informed me. Sorry but I'm not at all satisfied. I've ordered flowers from next and M&S and they have lasted 2 to 3 weeks. These didn't last 1 week.

The Iris's didn't flower, the buds just turned brown, so not worth what I paid.

Communication wasn’t very good. I called a few times because my flowers hadn’t been delivered too my mum for mother’s day. Turned out the we’re left at the wrong flat!

The flowers ordered were for Mother’s Day. Knowing that Mum was working on Friday the flowers were ordered for delivery on Saturday. The arrived Friday and as a result were held in the Royal Mail depot overnight. They were wilted and 1/5 of the flowers needed to be removed before being arranged. Dissapointed! Won’t be using bunches again.

Mothers day flowers not delivered until Wednesday, although site said 10th or 12th. I wrote a note to be included, which did not appear. It was good that your IG is effective and I was contacted to give permission for my details to be shared. But disappointed in the service.

The flowers arrived in separate bunches and not as a bouquet, this was disappointing as the flowers was for mother’s day and we wanted a good reaction, the flowers was good quality though, but delivered on the wrong day.

The flowers only lasted 3 days. Also my daughter sent me some flowers and the lilies never budded and the roses were dead. You used to be good but I have lost confidence in you now.
