“I have used Bunches for years and years, with no issues at all. But now twice in the last 12months, we have received very poor quality flowers, usually on Mother’s Day. This time, having complained, I have’t even received a response from the company - I won’t be using them again - it appears the normal weeks of the year good flowers are sent out, but the busy special days, they either send flowers out too early, or just supply lower quality flowers??”

I have taken a look into your order and can see that you choose to use of free delivery service with the Royal Mail. As advertised unlike our courier option this delivery will take place within a 1-2 day period although we are aware of this period we are not informed of which day between the two your gift will arrive it is for this reason that this delivery option is not 100% guaranteed to be on the day of your choice. “I sent freesia,s and irises for Mother’s Day, the irises were dead the next morning. I always use bunches as the flowers are usually beautiful. It’s my Mothers 90th birthday on 26th March, I unfortunately won’t be ordering flowers from you this time. Regards P. Jeapes”

“I was upset that the card received with the flowers was not the one I had ordered - I was not informed of this so it came as a surprise as well as a disappointment. Also I was expecting to receive an email to confirm on the day of delivery but had no notice of this either, meaning that the flowers were waiting to be collected from the post office for a longer than desirable period of time.”
