I thought the order process was very good but I feel the quality and value for money could have been better. The amount of stems for £18 was quite small, considering what you can get at the supermarket for the same price. As it was a gift I was a bit disappointed overall unfortunately

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Flowers have been good but have not been arriving on the Birthday date which is a shame my Mum was 92 last week & her flowers came a day after her Birthday so I didnt see them.

The recipient wasn’t home so flowers taken to a depot of some sort. This was closed due to COVID on numerous occasions. It would have been better to leave on the doorstep. I have used bunches many times over the years but won’t bother again. At least until COVID is over.

The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may leave on the property, however this is at the discretion of the delivery driver and cannot be guaranteed. I ordered the £16 12 carnations. The flowers were a bit scrawny - not what I expected given the glowing reviews. But they are lasting well. Delivery was not on the day booked but assume that's due to Covid.

Hello, thank you for the prompt delivery - however the cake was mushed and the packaging was slightly torn but it tasted okay. The cake was the only downside.

Flowers were very nice but delivery was a day late. The flowers were for my sister to let her know I was thinking about her on the anniversary of her little girl’s death and I especially wanted them to arrive on that day. Unfortunately they did not arrive until the following day even though I had selected the correct delivery date.

As someone who has sent flowers using bunches I wish you would have a tracking system so the person sending them knows if they've arrived

Beautiful bouquet of flowers, arrived exactly when it was supposed to, so quick delivery. within 5 days the flowers began to wilt & the jug I purchased extra leaks really bad so my mother in law couldn’t use it 😔

The peonies that we’re ordered arrived a bit battered and wilted. After some loving care they were slightly salvaged. They were also 2 days later than ordered even though they were ordered over a week in advance.

This review largely concerns problems with the delivery courier (Royal Mail). This is the third time I've used Bunches to send flowers and previously delivery has occurred on the requested day and the flowers have been beautiful, no complaints. For my most recent order, however, for a relatives birthday delivery was attempted at 7am on selected date (Tues 23rd June). This is hardly a sociable time to deliver. However, the recipient was home and would have answered if more effort had been made i.e. knocking a bit louder! The instruction to leave with neighbours was also apparently ignored and flowers were taken away to postal depot, despite the box clearly stating goods were perishable. The recipient attempted to collect the parcel later the same day only to be told this wouldn't be possible as depot was closed and collection wasn't possible until 2 days later - on the 25th. When they were collected the flowers were in ok condition but were already fairly open and therefore didn't last as long in the vase. This really isn't acceptable for what was meant to be a birthday gift - causing stress and inconvenience for the recipient of the flowers and goods not in their best condition. I'd be wary about using Bunches again now as a result unfortunately.

Flowers arrived on time. However I have ordered from bunches before and been incredibly impressed with the longevity of the flowers. But this time they had wilted and died in a matter of a few days. Not as impressed as I have been in past orders. Hopefully this is a one off!
