“Delivery was great but the flowers didn’t look like the photo at all so a little disappointing. The ‘rainbow’ gypsophila was only blue in the bouquet and it was meant to be pink, purple, mint and yellow”

“I have always had positive comments on the gifts of flowers sent to relatives and friends but sadly my recent purchase of a bouquet of freezia disappointed as the recipient tells me the flowers had no fragrance at all - which is what one would expect for these lovely blooms. Also she said, the flowers started to die and fade within a few days. Sorry to give a negative review.”

“i had a poor bunch of flowers for £40. I queried and had a stock reply, which i answered.They then sent the same stock reply. Very poor service, very poor answering, and still no resolution”

“unfortunately my friend was unable to recall receiving the flowers although I had received an email from Royal Mail saying they had been delivered on the Monday as arranged. I have a feeling she is in the early stages of dementia as when we spoke yesterday nothing was mentioned. In the circumstances I am prepared to leave things as they are. Thank you.”

“Recipient sent me a picture of the flowers and I was very surprised as they looked nothing like the picture online. Much smaller bouquet - if the larger bouquet option is pictured it should say that as I would have bought that one. They looked like flowers you get at the petrol station.”

“I have used Bunches a number of times and have been pleased with the service, however on the last occasion I sent birthday flowers and the greetings card was not sent with them so the recipient had no idea who they were from. She only found out after some detective work by her family. Not acceptable at all.”

“As these flowered were the first time I had sent to Jersey they sadly arrived 3 days later than expected and the roses were dead . The rest were limp but revived ok. Usual excellent quality and service not given this time.”

“I was first going to use a different online bouquet delivery service but they could not deliver in time for my sisters birthday whereas Bunches said they could deliver (two days before the other company) so I used Bunches instead. To my disappointment Bunches delivered two days after the day they said they could deliver which was the day that the other company said they could deliver on. So I feel like Bunches was dishonest about it's delivery date and the other company us more realistic. I will use the other company in future. I also don't like the photos with the milk, jugs, milk cans and colourful vases; it's too distracting from the flowers which are what I am actually buying. I don't think the flowers lasted as long as the other companies flowes usually do either.”

“Good ordering process and choice. Delivery went smoothly and on time, a birthday bouquet for my Mother-in-law (Sunshine Delight XL) However, when we visited her and saw the bouquet I was somewhat disappointed. The bouquet bore little resemblance to the picture we had seen online. It consisted of mostly carnations, and a couple of the other flower varieties that were supposed to be in the bunch seemed to be absent. Also, we had ordered the larger option, but at first I thought they must have sent the small/standard bunch by mistake. It really did not look anywhere near as impressive as the website photo. I can accept that some of the flowers may have been in bud, and had yet to reach their peak, but I would have expected the initial impact of the bunch to be more impressive.”

“I was somewhat dismayed as I expected a more blossoming bunch of flowers, even after a few days they look lost in my vase. I was hoping they would be like another florist I recently used, sorry but I was disappointed.”

“I was a bit disppointed bacause although the recipient was pleased with them and said they were fresh, it looked like the bunch was not as big as the photo. It was my first order and so I had a voucher for £5 off, but would have expected to get the same qulaity and quantitiy as a normal order.”

“Lovely flowers and have lasted very long, just disappointed that the flowers I ordered were supposed to have 3 butterfly sticks in them, which didn’t. This was the main reason I wanted the flowers but hey ho. Delivered a day after it’s delivery date too but excepted with COVID...”
