Little disappointed however I am judging by a photograph sent by the recipient. Guess I thought this would be an arrangement not cut flowers in a box with separate vase.

The flowers did not bloom Not so good. Would have been beautiful if they had apparently

I chose a brightly coloured orange and yellow tropical bouquet. It arrived on the correct day, and recipient really liked them, but they weren't as I expected and didn't look half as nice as the photo on the website.

I'm not massively impressed to be honest. I paid £20 for a bunch of flowers that would have been £27 without a discount code. What turned up I could have bought in the supermarket for less than a fiver. The gesture of them being delivered by post was a good one, but the value for money was rubbish.

I was slightly disappointed by the size of the bouquet . Flowers were pretty though

I have used bunches for sending a flowers for a number of years until this time the service was great. I understand about coronavirus and delays but flowers didn’t arrive on time and where not up to the usual standard I have come to expect. Sadly I will most likely go back to buying in town.

Sadly I ordered for a young lady as her mother’s first year passing and it didn’t arrive when stated so disappointed as it was a whole day late which then cost me more as I needed to go buy something else for the day it was supposed to be here.

However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. My recipient was very pleased with her bouquet. However, I’m not sure when they arrived as it appears I had opted for a free Royal Mail delivery who could not guarantee when they would arrive. I had not realised this as when I had ordered them previously I thought Bunches delivered themselves pretty well on the day with no extra cost. It seems they charge 5.99 delivery now, or as I say, Royal Mail which is free, but a bit haphazard on delivery.

The flowers were OK, but the majority of them was already open and was alot smaller than on the photo. They are nice, but for the money I paid i expected more looking at the photos, but I'm guessing they use smaller vases so the pictures look better.

Not the best of your flower deliveries. Arrived on time. Sunflowers great. Vase great. Infill white flowers very poor quality, dropping petals immediately.

The flowers arrived well packaged and on time and looked fabulous! Unfortunately within 4 days they had all drooped and had to be thrown away!

My cousin sent me a couple of photos of the flowers is bought her, and although they looked okay they were nothing special for almost £30. But the worst thing was that the message is written her wasn't sent by you, so that she had no idea who the flowers were from! You'd put Happy Birthday Wendy but left off mine and my husband's names, so she had an anxious few days ringing round to people to ask if they'd sent them, so that she could thank them. A really stupid error!

Great long-lasting flowers, great customer service, but now getting a bit too expensive. I send flowers less often, now, especially as the free chocolates were discontinued. Am also quite disappointed that they no longer have the small balloons on a stick as a gift option: one of mine lasted three years! I like the Posy Points, as they knock 50p - £1 or more of the final bill.

I was disappointed to hear from my a granddaughter that the flowers that she received were Freesias, as I had, I thought , ordered carnations and roses. My second order was supposed to be the same but heard from my daughter that hers, although bright colours and she was delighted with them, were also not what was ordered. Why ? Do you rely on people being surprised and pleased to receive flowers that they do not tell the sender what actually arrived. 😋?

During the pandemic I have been using bunches to send flowers and chocolates to my mother so she knows she is being thought of and to cheer her day. I have had nothing but praise from her for the quality of the flowers and the chocolates. However the last order arrived not in the usual quality packing and although the flowers were not damaged the card was water damaged and the chocolates were missing. The door stop photo was taken at an angle so as not to show the box appeared to have been opened and taped back up. I have emailed in regard to this order but so far have only had what appears to be an automated response. After such good service in the past this is a little disappointing.

Ordering was easy and the delivery was efficient and on time. The overall effect of the bouquet was lovely and looked very ‘full’ compared to other flower deliveries I have tried before. The box they were delivered in ensured they arrived in a beautiful upright display, which was great. My only criticism is that several stems dropped their petals immediately after removing from the box - sunflowers and dahlias dropped a lot, which took the ‘shine’ off a bit when the bouquet was a gift. Furthermore, many of the flowers lasted less than a week.
