I wasn't too impressed this time. May need to spend more next time for a fuller bunch.

First time using, flowers were several day’s late for anniversary- missed it by 3 days unfortunately. Quite a small bunch and certainly not of same standard as other retailers I have used. Hard to beat bloom & wild.

Delivery 3 days late , website did say could be 1 to 2 days delay not sure why as I sent something one day and delivered the next on time. Soilt the experience and meaning behind sending the flowers

i have always used Bunches and have always found them to deliver first class flowers however on this occasion some of the rose blooms looked bruised in the photo my daughter sent me. Also they didn't last as long as normal which again was disappointing. They did however arrive on time for her birthday as I ordered them in plenty of time.

Flowers arrived on due date but not sure they were as fresh as ones received in previous orders and did not therefore last as long.

Recipient appreciated flowers (carnations) but I understand they were fully out and not in bud as stated. Probably was the result of being in post. I understand they freshened up once they were put in water but don't know if they will last 14 days.

As usual I used Bunches for a flower gift for my aging sister. She was pleased with the delivery but said that some of the flowers were droopy. Although she put them in water immediately,some did not survive, disappointed as it was her 82ndbirthday. She is shielding because of underlying conditions. In future, I will go for plants.

Disappointing when delivered, picture of the bouquet was misleading when compared to what you get. Much better value and quality from a supermarket.

We felt somewhat disappointed with the quantity although the quality was good. Sorry but not sure it was value for money !

The service was good and delivery service was prompt. The flowers on the other hand were a bit disappointing! There were some that were already going brown and they didn’t last very long. For the price I would have got better at Tesco!

We ordered three floral bouquets in July from Bunches. One was for our friends wedding anniversary, one was to welcome home our son and daughter in law who have returned from living abroad and the third was for our son's mother in law's birthday. The latter two are living at the same address. The first two were delivered on time and were beautiful, we were delighted and so were they. The final gift, which was flowers with a small birthday cake has STILL NOT ARRIVED. It should have been delivered on 8th July. We are embarrassed and disappointed to say the least that it looked like we did nothing to celebrate our inlaws birthday. At the time of writing this matter hasn't been resolved as Bunches are still looking into what has happened.

Ordered the hand tied Picasso as an anniversary gift. Quality of flowers wasn't great, not nearly as bright and stunning as the photo suggested. Plus a number of the buds didn't flower. Ordered an accompanying mini bottle of raspberry gin but not a good flavour. All in all a bit disappointed really.

I received a rose from bunches as a gift. A voucher was enclosed and I used it to send flowers to a family member. I hope the flowers I sent last longer than my rose!

Flowers ordered for delivery on a Saturday were not received until Monday. Selecting a delivery date was a waste of time.

Service quick efficent dissapointed that not as many stems flowers as shown in picture they fitted in drinking mug - dissapointed as not cheap =wouldnt have bought if known =

I have used Bunches a few times and always been very pleased with the service. Unfortunately the last time i used them to send flowers to a friend for her 70th birthday the flowers arrived 2 days after the event. Although I realise this was due to the current situation, we were disappointed that it didn't make her special birthday a bit more special.

Booked flowers to go to an elderly relative in a nursing home, during the COVID19 lockdown. Having booked 3 weeks in advance, I had assumed we would get some sort of confirmation that our order had been processed ie dispatched (by Royal Mail I believe). We heard nothing so we were left wondering whether the flowers had actually been sent. We ended up having to contact the nursing home to check. They had been delivered - but I would have preferred some automatic confirmation of dispatch from Bunches - especially given we had arranged the order several weeks in advance.

I have always sent flowers to people so I have not seen the flowers. In June I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday she was shelding with me and the flowers were of poor quality. The positive outcome was the the flowers were replaced with better quality flowers When I complained.
