“I accept the weather was exceptionally hot. But the freisies I ordered for my wife's anniversary, the yellow ones wilted in 2 days. The rest in 4 days. NothPpy. Colin Lovering.”

“Delivered a day late but under the covid situation maybe understandable. A few flowers were crushed but the bouquet was big enough for this not to matter. Overall a good service.”

“Ordered from Bunches quite a few times and my mum has always been happy with what she has received, sometimes they have looked a bit sparse in the beginning but have turned out ok when bloomed, delivery has always been good by Royal Mail, it would be nice to see more variety on the website as there are quite a few bunches that look the same and there’s not a lot for the price paid”

“Flowers arrived on time and well packed. Initially pleased with the display but within a couple of days some elements started wilting and drooping. Had expected them to last a bit longer.”

“I have ordered from Bunches on several previous occasions and I have always been really pleased. Unfortunately on this occasion I wasn't as pleased. The gladioli didn't open as well as expected and they only lasted for a week at the most. This won't stop me from using Bunches again in the future but I was disappointed on this occasion.”

“It was a lovely bunch but on the small size. I paid £30 for the flowers and they were popped on a table next to a supermarket bunch which cost £9, sadly the £9 bunch was quite a bit bigger!”

“The flowers were put in a appropriate place as the delivery wasn’t received by the family. But I was disappointed with depth of the bouquet which was expecting to be bigger.”

“Having used the service twice I have given a 3 star rating as the first time used was very good, but the 2nd time unfortunately had flowers that were dying on arrival. Whether this was down to the weather (it was hot) or just being unlucky I don't know.”

“I was disappointed that I did not receive an e-mail or mobile txt to inform me the flowers were delivered .therefore had to ask the recipient not really acceptable. I was told the flowers were beautiful. Thank you.”

“Superb delivery on my chosen day, however the flowers unfortunatley were already in full bloom, so didn't last long, there wasn't much of the coloured gypsaphilia, and the pewter vase leaks.”

“i have treated myself after being in self isolating since 16th march to 3 months subscription on flowers. The flowers were nice and a couple of unusual ones, however i dont think they are worth £20 as even after following the advice on looking after them they only lasted a week. The rose was already looking sad when i received it and lasted just a couple of days.”

“Used bunches for years and never had a problem but delivery was three days late which was very disappointing as it was a big anniversary surprise. Maybe because of Covid-19. Will use them again though.”
