“The flowers which were due to be delivered on my daughters 40th Birthday , either never arrived or were taken to a sorting office with no indication that it was a perishable item, and despite instructions to leave them behind the bin by the door. My daughter has still Noe received them. I will not be using your company again.”

“I won't use again, the roses I bought for the wife. We're in full bloom, they had dead bits in them, but in the description they were still to bloom. Not impressed as a first time customer.”

“Absolutely awful! I bought this bunch of flowers for my mum on her birthday they are bare with very few flowers and look nothing like the photograph pictured on the website! I could of easily bought a cheaper and better bunch of flowers from a local supermarket. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all.”

“You think you are ordering flowers to arrive for an occasion which is why most people send flowers and you do not find out til after you paid that it is a minimum of 2 days after you want them and when I tried to ask if they had been delivered they were not helpful. Recommend no one trusts this company as not reliable.”

“Flowers purchased for my partners 50th Birthday. They were already starting to wilt upon delivery and were basically dead after two days. Poor value and I wont use them again.”

“Very disappointed with the last bunch of flowers I ordered from Bunches. Having used the website several times I have recommended them highly for good quality good value flowers. The most recent order however placed as a gift for my grandmothers 80th birthday was of poor quality. The flowers on arrival were wilted (aren't they supposed to arrive in bud to last longer?) and I definitely wouldn't say there was £30 worth of flowers. Really disappointed that this spoilt such a special gift.”

“flowers not as stated very disappointing and also the wrong balloon sent will not be ordering from your company again sorry this is Lesley macleod I have ordered a lot of flowers from your range and it was me that suggested your site to Pamela and I feel very let down on this occasion as this was a present for her mothers 60th and you did not deliver what she ordered unsatisfied to say the least....................................”

“The flowers weren't delivered on time and when I contacted bunches I was told it took two to three days to deliver yet I had allowed for that. The conformation format said that would be delivered on the 8.June and beyond the the 13th they still weren't delivered. Very disappointed. Not a lot of help given.”
