I ordered some flowers for my mum for her birthday as I was away I thought it would be nice for her to receive some nice flowers and a card. Well they got delivered on time so nothing wrong there, but when I went round to see my mum the flowers were really pitiful and didn't look like the bunch I had ordered in the picture, and the card was just as bad, it wasn't a proper card, I should have just bought her some from the shops but thought it would be a nice gesture. I know I didn't go for the really expensive ones but I still expected better than what I was sent! I wouldn't buy from here again.

Total disappointment, had to spend another £15 to replace them at my local florist. Could have bought a better bunch from Tescos for £3. Would never order from this company again.

Flowers were wilted and old when they arrived. Very disappointed. So disappointed feel my money should be refunded and a proper bunch resent to my daughter as it was part of her 30th birthday celebrations.

Flowers arrived, but the birthday card didn't, and the flowers don't look like they'll only last a few days.

well chose delivery and it came a day early so it was missed as we didn't know it was coming then .so very displeased and when the flowers arrived they were dead and I will not be recommending you or ordering from you again total waste of money shouid of gone to interflora

The flowers didn't arrive on time, they were half dead and you could buy better in Lidl and aldi

Sent flowers for a bereavement and chose option to deliver to neighbours 'if not in / person was not up to answering the door'. Instead delivery card was apparently left. Flowers never received. Customer Services simply said "it's not our fault" as the recipient didn't answer and up to the discretion of Royal Mail if they leave with neighbours. Would not use Bunches again as it's not a fail safe delivery option at all. Disappointed with dead-end attitude of Customer Services

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the delivery of your flower gift. Although we do welcome our customers to leave delivery instructions if they choose to we cant however 100% guarantee that these will be followed as it is down to the driver to do so. We are assured that if there happens to be no one home at the time that an attempted delivery occurs the Royal Mail will leave the red and white calling card for the recipient to inform them what what action is required next. Picture of flowers I ordered on website did not reflect what was received. My wife was not impressed and left me slightly embarrassed and very annoyed. The flowers received certainly were not worth the money. https://twitter.com/cswrighty/status/878525280935174145

Unfortunately the plant didn't look like it did in the picture. A friend of mine has the same plant she bought in Spain and it looks line the picture- lush & red. The plant I got looked dull & brown.

Absolutely awful. Nothing like what is advertised, about 1/5 of the size that is advertised, absolute rip off and waste of money. Couldn't use these for the occasion as they were embarrassingly small and very cheap looking. They went straight in the bin (along with the bag of cheap chocolate and bite of cake). Absolutely appalling.

Flowers received were nothing like what I ordered and very little for the money paid. Very poor and I'm very disappointed and I will never use bunches again and will put the word around about the rubbish flowers that would cost no more than a fiver from a supermarket.

Delivery did not happen on day requested. Fine if then instructions given for delivery are followed. They were not. My very old Mum mother jad to pay for taxis to collect from sorting office. Very poor It wont happen again clearly

My flowers was meant to be delivered Saturday the 17th June and they didn't get them untill 21st of June with no free chocolate I was disappointed .i use you all the time I am a valued customer to you never had this problem before

The balloon was deflated and half the size than expected! The card which had a 'personal message' was just a scribbled smiley face.

Person who recieved flowers was very dissapointed saying flowers looked half dead when they arrived and only lasted 2 days after delivery. Would not use again.

False advertisement! Ordered orchids to be sent to my other half for his birthday and it was supposed to come in a box crate and with a box of chocolates, but it didn't! Complained about it and was offered to have them sent (because asking for what you paid for should be a favour), and they were STILL not sent! What a way to welcome a potentially loyal customer. Terrible.

Flowers arrived on time but hamper arrived 5 days later. This missed the intended birthday despite being a guaranteed delivery on the requested day. Have e-mailed complaining but have received no response as yet.
