Ordered a bunch of Freesias for Mothering Sunday. Given a very measly bunch with a few of the flowers already wilting. For £25 was a pretty shocking display. Had ordered from Bunches a few years ago and had been relatively impressed.

The picture displayed on the internet was vey different from that received. Very disappointed that the cost of the flowers was so high compared to what was received. For a 1/4 of the price I could have got more and better from my local supermarket but wanted my partner to have them delivered to the door.

Very disappointed my card was not put in box and there was no delivery note so that my Mum could contact you to find out who they were from and was awkward for her ringing round everybody she thought they may of been from. Started using and recommending you last year but need to be convinced to use your services again.

The flowers were not open when my mother received them so they just looked like a bunch of stems!

Booked for mothers day, requested delivery on the saturday before mothers day but for some reason they delivered them on the thursday, however they had been dispatched on the sat prior so sat in a dark box for 5 days. Most of the flowers were ok but the roses nearly dead straight away. Used this company last year but wont use again now my mum was disappointed.

The flowers for Mother's Day arrived on the Friday before in a poor state and lasted only a couple of days before dyeing.....

Unfortunately the flowers turned up so late (despite paying for special delivery) the recipient (on Mother’s Day) didn’t get the flowers.

Had these delivered for my mum for Mother’s Day. Was really disappointed when I saw them as there was hardly any flowers and just a lot of greenery! I’ve ordered from bunches before but never actually seen the flowers. Really doubt if I’ll order from them again.

The flowers were ok, but not special (they were supposed to be for mother’s day)!!! In my opinion the smallest bunch of flowers I’ve ever seen for the price. I’ve seen better for MUCH less in the supermarket (even on Mother’s Day). Delivery fine and reasonable price for a Sunday. Packaged fine too. Blink and you missed the chocolates and the card was small and crumpled up. As the item wasn’t damaged/lost or broken there wasn’t a lot I could do. Just really disappointed!!

Not Bunches fault, but the person delivering the flowers left them at the back door without ringing the bell on the front door or knocking. Because of this, my mum (who was in the house at the time) didn't know the flowers were there until I called her in the evening to tell her I'd received an email to say they had been "signed for" by "back door". So the flowers weren't in a brilliant condition when she got them inside the house.

Massively, massively overpriced for what turned out to be a miserably small posy ordered for Mother's Day. Picture in the ad was very misleading, suggesting a large, vibrant arrangement. Some petals were already dying off, the stems were so short I didn't need a vase, just a glass. Rip off. The only good thing I can say is that delivery was quick.

Lovely design but tje bouquet was far smaller than I was expecting I could have bought a bigger bunch of flowers from elsewhere for the same price. Thus I am unlikely to purchase from Bunches again.

I ordered a large bunch, and it came as three small bunches. As it was suppose to be a mother’s day gift it looked a bit mean.

My grandmothers flowers turned up at 5pm even though I paid for delivery by 11am. The card was pathetically small, box of chocolates were tiny and the flowers were like a miniature version of what was shown online, looked about £5 worth of stuff to be honest. Unfortunately this was my grandmothers last mother’s day as she passed away on 13/03, would have liked her last bouquet to have looked half decent. I will never be ordering from this website again.

Delivered a day early and the flowers were a very very small bunch and died after a few days.

Ordered a larger size bouquet of flowers for mothers day, but the bouquet that was delivered did not match the image on the website. A very small bunch of flowers that looked really disappointing and did not reflect the price paid. Full of gypsophilia and very few actual flowers.
