I wanted my flowers delivered on the 27 July but it only showed Courier delivery at £5.99 and no free delivery option. I had to get them delivered on the 25th to be able to get free delivery.

Lovely bunches of flowers and Prosecco ordered for my friends (should have been) wedding day. Wanted to make the day special and a lovely surprise for her and her future husband. Very disappointed when neither the Prosecco or the flowers didn’t turn up on the actual day as promised by the suppliers. We had to ruin the surprise by asking if she’s had a delivery. On the email confirmation it specifies that “this order is guaranteed to arrive on the day of your choice” we had also paid a high rate for the delivery. I understand with covid that delivery’s can be unpredictable. It did turn up the day after however the moment had been a little lost by this point. I’m not disappointed by the products as they were of a high standard (not the battered box it arrived in) The delivery let the package down especially what should have been my friends special day, not the day after.

First time customer of Bunches and I purchased the gladioli. Very fast delivery, they arrived the next morning. Unfortunately the stems were all different lengths, with some so short that it was impossible to place them in a vase without some of the flowers being under water. Meanwhile other stems have snapped in two as the flowers bloomed - all the stems of one type have done this, regardless of the size of vase. 7 days on (bearing in mind the 7 day fresh guarantee) the lower flowers have died and the whole effect is rather sad. I bought a £5 bunch of gladioli from Tesco last year and they not only flowered beautifully, but they continued flowering for two weeks (unusual for gladioli). I had hoped for better from Bunches.co.uk and won’t be buying again, sadly.

I've been using Bunches for quite a few years now. Although the products are lovely I'm finding the prices becoming rather high and non of the small gifts that were free have to be paid for. Getting out of my price range.

I have to say that the flowers I received from a friend were beautiful and almost lasted 2 weeks. But on the strength of this, I ordered some for my sisters anniversary and have to say there didn't seem many flowers and not lasted 1 week.

flowers looked exceptional on web page, however when they arrived and I was sent a photo I was disappointed how sparse they looked compared to the web advert. On a positive note I requested a different delivery date to the one I originally picked, the customer service was brilliant and organised the new delivery without any problem.

Not happy with the flowers I sent this time only got carnations no greenery looked rearly bad for the £16 I paid .

After seeing the photos I wasn’t amazed at the size of this bunch of flowers, it looked like something you could get from a supermarket. It’s a good job I had a voucher otherwise I wouldn't have been pleased with what I had paid for. Nice colour, just little flowers.

We can confirm that we are currently not offering a free delivery service on a Monday, however you can select a Delivery for a Monday via courier service. Lovely bunch of flowers though a little smaller then I thought they would have been, but very happy with them. Unfortunately delivery company left the parcel at wrong flat, only found once I had email saying they were delivered and check with neighbours. Once found the box was also damaged. Unsure if to use again because of the delivery.

I have always felt satisfied with the feedback from participants when I have sent flowers by yourselves. However this time I detected the lady concerned not particularly thrilled. I saw them a day or two after delivery and I must say I was not too thrilled either. Chocolates were good

The flowers were beautiful on arrival but have withered very quickly and are almost ready to be binned a few days later. Disappointing tbh.

Delivery late so they missed an important birthday. I did email to ask where they were and received a bit of a poor reply. No refund or discount offered at all. I understand if delivery is a day out but not 3. Very disappointed.

The flowers were delivered beautiful and fully bloomed! There was a delay of 2-3 days from my choosen date, so missed the occasion, but once delivered they were wonderful!

Little disappointed however I am judging by a photograph sent by the recipient. Guess I thought this would be an arrangement not cut flowers in a box with separate vase.
