“We have used you severaltimes, and recently.... (1) we sent a bouquet to friends in Doncaster which was excellent (2) I sent an arrangement to my wife, which was not so good. The roses died quickly, and we did not find the arrangement as good as in the past. It was very tall, and difficult to find a suitable vase.”

“Flowers and chocolate arrived on time and they were very well received. Unfortunately the card I paid for to go with it did not arrive. My friend had to check around to see who sent the flowers.”

“Used bunches on quite a few occasions but was disappointed this time round as the roses started to die after a few days. I kept them topped up with water but they really didn’t last as long as normal, however I will order from them again in the hope that it was in fact a one off .”

“Bought the flowers as a gift and sent directly to recipient. They said the flowers were lovely. Unfortunately the courier service was not up to standard. Package left on front doorstep on a busy street. I received a photo of the package with a note they were placed in a front porch. (couldn’t do anything about it as no-one was at home and I lived 60 miles away.) I used the courier service to ensure they received them appropriately- will still buy again from bunches but won’t be paying extra for the courier service.”

“My friend said the flowers were beautiful although I was very disappointed with the time they were delivered, they didn't arrive until between 16.40and 17.40 and they were ordered in plenty of time, they were for her 70th birthday and because of that I am only rating you 3 out of 5.”

“Little disappointed as the flowers were wilting when they arrived and the roses only lasted 3 days. it was for my Wife's 60th birthday and had used Bunches based on recommendation.”

“Ease of ordering was excellent. I have not seen the “florist choice” flowers delivered so cannot comment on the quality but the recipient was happy to receive them. It would be nice if the florists could photograph the flowers chosen and email a photograph to the sender before arranging the delivery! Maybe this could be arranged for future orders??”

“Unfortunately Mrs burns did not receive the flowers for several days as royal mail did not make her hear left a card for collection Saturday from the depot at earliest but we're closed. A request on line by her son for 're delivery did not happen until Wednesday and the freesiasI were no longer at their best because of the delay We accept that you dispatched as promised and if they had been delivered on the Thursday they would have been perfect. It is such a shame as they were to cheer up an elderly lady who has experienced a very unhappy time recently.”

“Pleased with the flowers and they arrived on the exact date however this was let down by my Mum not knowing who they were from as they had omitted to include the message card. I didn't want to let Mum know they were coming as they were a surprise.”

“I am unable to review Bunches, the flowers I ordered were for my Sister in Law some 240 miles away. She is not well enough to comment on anything, so I am not aware even if they were delivered... Sorry.”
