I ordered two bouquets, one as a letterbox bouquet. Both had heads broken or missing. When I wrote and complained, I was sent a drab funerial bunch as compensation. I thought they might have taken a ittle more notice of the sort of flowers I ordered. A replacement would have been nice.

Ordered the flowers to get delivered on christmas eve. They arrived on the 27th. Paid £5 for delivery and it came 3 days late

I ordered flowers for my friend's Silver Wedding on Christmas Eve. As there was nobody in when delivered the courier put the flowers in the greenhouse at the back of the bungalow, but did NOT put a message through the door to say there had been a delivery. On 28th Dec I rang my friends as it was not like them to not say thank you, needless to say they had not found the flowers. By this time they were past their best, so this was a great disappointment to my friends and myself. I would suggest you tell your couriers to always put a note through the door if recipients are not home when flowers are delivered.

Cheep flowers cannot go wrong but when we got them 5 carnations and lots of leaves certainly whas a shock and to arrive in a flat box thay say can fit in a letterbox (thay must have big letterbox )dident know weather to cry Or laff never again

I’ve had flowers delivered from other companies these were by far the worst very frugal for the price my daughter was really disappointed I won’t be ordering from bunched again

Flowers arrived at destination partly broken. A number of buds come off due to transit or bad packing Poorly respond from customer service

Not as good as other orders I’ve had, very small bouquet and didn’t look as good as the picture. Dissapointed which I’m usually not

Delivery was late and they were unhelpful. Reverted to to their terms and conditions when complaint was raised.

The flowers arrived and were lovely, but they were not delivered yo the door, they were left in rain at bottom of drive and the card I chose was ruined. I paid for large bunch of flowers and personalised card to approx £60, not impressed.

This was a gift and was very disappointed to hear that the plant did not last and buds did not open and just fell off. I am so glad my Aunt told me and I will not be ordered again

Christmas boquet was 'rangy' and past it's best - not the standard I expect from Bunches. Have used for years and am usually delighted. Also this year no orietal orchids in the selection - my Auntie's favourite flower at Christmas

This is the second time I hve problems with delivery from Bunches its not the company but the delivery which is the problem Royal mail is the delivery people and my flowers should have been delivered on the 21st December to and elderly lady they were not delivered as they said no one was in they told me that they would be delivered the next working day but they were delivered on th 24th December looking very sorry for them selves Unfortunately I will not be using Bunches again due to this event Sorry for the company but you need to get your delivery service sorted out Thank you Sheila Smith

I ordered 3 boquets for Christmas Gifts. Two bunches were top class but one bunch had flowers missing as per description. I telephoned customer services and they said they would replace the said bunch. this was on 20/12 2024 and still not received replacement 2 weeks later although customer service said it would be delivered within 2 days. If this is their customer service, I will not use them again. Mr B. Newman

Love bunches ! This time pretty disappointed, ordered to be delivered Friday, flowers eventually arrived very late on Monday, which meats flowers were past their best and didn't bloom properly. Delivery was issue, which appreciate is a third party.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Been using Bunches for a number of years now and never had a problem until now. I ordered letterbox gifts for my 2 sisters as a Christmas gift to be delivered on 23rd December. I was informed on Friday 20th that they would be delivered the following day (to early) I was then notified that they couldn’t make delivery of one of the packages and that it would be delivered on Sunday (still too early). These were letterbox deliveries , where’s the problem? I was not informed of any actual delivery confirmation for either of the packages. Fortunately my sisters both let me know their packages were received. What do I do for their birthday flowers this year???

Very disappointed that not only was it delivered in the evening but some of the flowers were broken. Alongside 2 other bouquets my daughter had received these looked like they had been "nicked from a graveyard" . Will not be using these again?
