Very disappointed on the amont flowers or the lack of them. Not value for money in my mind

I've always been happy with service and quality, but sadly this time, service good but disappointed with flowers received for my cousins birthday 🎂

Sadly the Bunches I have been sending are quite small. Of course no recipient would complain, why would they?

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Not very happy, ordered with a local company to deliver local , they came via Royal Mail. Not at all like their picture, yes they came with buds which eventually came out , but quite a small bouquet was deliver rather than what I thought I was getting online- Couldn’t get a precise delivery time due to it being Royal Mail

I have always used bunches and been very happy ,on this occasion i was a bit dissapointed as what i ordered and what turned up ,was not as i thought.i looked back on my order to clarify what i had ordered and it was not as the pic my friend sent me ,that said she appeared happy with her flowers .

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 93% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. I was very disappointed in the flowers, they were half the size of the picture on website and despite emailing to say this I've yet to receive a reply!!

Usually I receive an excellent service from Bunches but the pot of flowers recently received was poorly packed with the result that soil had spilt inside the box. Now this may have been the fault of the delivery company DPD ( as the bottom of the parcel was sagging with the weight of the soil) but I won’t be buying plants in pots with soil again.

My flowers hadn't arrived 2 days after they were due. I contacted Bunches who said they would organise a refund. 2 weeks later, and despite chasing for my refund, no money has been returned.

I have used bunches on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service given up until now .i offered a hamper .i was told it would be delived on the selected day then told it was on its way then nothing. I kept looking at my emails but no more news . Eventually I saw that the hamper had been delivered but not to the address I had given it had just been left at the front of the flats and not to the address. Anyone could have picked it up and I know for a fact my friend was in all day .i had to text my friend to tell her a parcel had arrived . I am disappointed with this and will not consider using you again.

Unable to complete a full review as our friend didn't receive the flowers. The flowers ordered did look beautiful from the picture and the offer of next day delivery was good.

We received information from Royal Mail that the person was not known at the address provided at the point of purchase and they flowers were then returned back to us. i accumulated years of posey points and greedy, dishonest Bunches removed them! i now use other vendors as well as bunches. WORSE out of the blue came a charge to 'track' delivery. i do not need this yet there is no option to remove it. it is bogus and I think it is probably illegal.m you are an unnecessarily greedy company,, it's a shame because the flowers and service is good.

Very disappointed with the dried flowers I ordered, Never had anything but superb flowers from bunches. This time my friend phoned me and thanked me for the flowers which were for her 82 birthday but said she hoped I didn't pay much for them as they were not up to the usual standard.
