“Sadly disappointed in my order. The recipient put a photo on facebook to thank me and I was embarrassed by how meagre the bouquet was. I expected better as I have been happy with bunches in the past. Will think hard about coming back.”

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Flowers were meant to be beautiful but I was really disappointed by the lack of communication on delivery. The mailman also sent it to a depot where it waited a few days until someone could come and collect it. I think all of this should be better communicated in the purchasing experience - I have never had this happen with flowers before and was pretty disappointed when they arrived at their final destination looking very rough and only lasting a few days.”

“I was disappointed with the substitute wrapping that was sent with the flowers I ordered. It was apparently down to stock issues, but I would have preferred to have been contacted to chose a different option. I was offered £5 in petal points to offset, but I don’t think they understood why I was disappointed, but I’m unlikely to use bunches again. I want to have confidence that what I chose will be what my friends receive.”

“Very disappointed with the flowers that I ordered for my girlfriends birthday. They looks lifeless when they arrived and nowhere near as good as the bunch I ordered first time around. Even after a few days of giving them plant food. They looked nothing like the pictures. I don’t think I will be ordering from here again.”

“The 2nd part of the postcode was incorrect and as a result the flowers were nit delivered until days later. Surely as the address was correct otherwise, the delivery person could not use the 1st part of the postcode. It was the riciprients 50th b/day. Very disappointed”

“Sadly disappointed by quality of panini...dry and tasteless. Salad served with it was generous but no dressing so very bland. Service was polite but not enthusiastic. Interior very nice but overall I am not inclined to go back. Sorry for negative review but I am disappointed by my experience there unfortunately.”

“In this particular instance unfortunately the flowers were 2 days late, even though I ordered with plenty of time in advance. The flowers were beautiful but sadly some elements were damaged and/or drying out upon receipt. I know post is tricky with Covid and in hindsight I could have chosen a different delivery option but at extended notice didn't expect a post issue. Previous bunches deliveries have been good and I'm a repeat customer”

“Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. Arrived two days too late. Flower not in the best condition after three and a half days in transit. Overall not a very satisfactory experience, and i will not be using them again whilst they use Royal Mail delivery”
