Flowers delivered to my mother were tiny for £25 and ended only lasting 2 days.

The flowers l ordered didn't reflect as fresh as they looked online, next day the petals of Roses were getting brown and roses didn't even opened fully the box was good and easy the box was opened

The hamper received by my recipients bore little resemblance to the one I ordered. From the photo they sent me, there were only 6 items, not the 8 promised. However, they were very pleased so I decided not to complain.

Have used Bunches before but not so pleased this time as the recipient told me that quite a few buds fell off the Alstromeria. This is also the first time I've used courier rather than Royal Mail. Very disappointed.

Looked lovely when they arrived but Freesias died off very quickly with some only making 3 days.

These went to my friend for her birthday but they were not as I had expected when I called on her 3 days later..she was delighted with them but I thought they looked very sparse and the flowers were quite small although they were open. I could not get any scent from them either. Average.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. A bouquet in shades of pink, but while some were beautiful, one of the colours was a rather unpleasant dull pink/grey becoming more dingy over the next few days - I threw those away. However the rest were really pretty, some pale pink, some pink/crimson. Unfortunately many heads were broken when delivered, but lots of buds made up for it.

Sadly when received the alstroemerias were in a very poor condition, all the other flowers were good.

Have bought from this company many times, but my last order, was not as good as they usually are, was very disappointed as I sent them to a friend who has serious health problems, hopefully to make her smile, but was very upset when I saw them, could have bought something better from the local shop for less than half the price , not sure I will be ordering from them again

Flowers arrived on time. My sister sent me a picture and I was a bit disappointed with the amount of flowers in the bouquet. Expected a few more! As details stated 16 stems… looked like half that amount! As a loyal customer, I expected more.

The flowers arrived in good time and were beautifully arranged, however the roses were already slightly browning when they arrived and it didn’t last as long as I had hoped- especially considering the price.

Disappointed with last order as roses didn't last and only 2of the lilies have come out so far other wise have been very happy with previous orders

My friend said flowers were almost fully open, the postman left them on the step.in a storm the box was in tatters ,I realise this is no fault of yours but was a bit dissapointed

UNFORTUNATELY THE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD - DESPITE RECEIPIENT AT HOME ALL DAY - ROYAL MAIL POSTMAN LEFT FLOWERS OUTSIDE THE FLAT DOOR WITHOUT RINGING THE DOORBELL OR KNOCKING. INFACT RECIPIENTS UNWELL SO FLOWERS COULD HAVE BEEN OUTSIDE FOR DAYS . NOT HAPPY AT ALL - ALTHOUGH NOT BLAMING THE FLORIST. ....RATHER SPOILT THE SURPRISE AS I HAD TO CONTACT MY FRIEND TO CHECK. :(
