“We lost 3 days of freshness with the flowers as they ended up in Liverpool on the Saturday morning instead of The wigan area. The delivery arrive back at the right address on the Monday which was not good as the flowers had been in the box since Friday evening”

“Have ordered many bunches before and have always been delighted however this last one had a couple of broken stems, flowers dropped and some flowers didn’t last more than a couple of days. Disappointing as such a beautiful flowers.”

“Flowers were delivered to a neighbour and I was advised a card was put through the recipients letterbox…no card was received and my niece didn’t get her flowers until the next day…so sad she didn’t receive them on the delivery day.”

“I have purchased from Bunches for at least 10 years. I recently bought flowers and chocolates from you for my partners birthday. The arrangement seemed smaller and less fresh than in the past. I had to dispose of some variegated grasses within two days due to not lasting, and the flowers did not last a long as usual - very disappointing after being so pleased and loyal to bunches for so long. I follow all the care instructions and don’t have the heating on yet etc. In recent times it feels like I’m paying more and getting less - it’s a shame…”

“The flowers were lovely but not the same as the photo - otherwise beautiful. What put me down is the delivery, I ordered well in advanced 18 Oct for the deliver on 23rd for my daughter’s 16th birthday, but it didn’t arrived until 25 Oct.”

“In the past I've been very satisfied with Bunches, my last order not only was not acknowledged it didn't arrive at it's destination, also when I had problems sending an order, ie: had forgotten my password, person I spoke to said they would send me an email to enable me to reset my password. email never arrived. I think a complete overhaul of your customer service in is order”

“Excellent service, easy to order and great price. Sadly though the bouquet was more gypsophila than freeshia which was a shame.”

“Generally Bunches are all good but I was a bit disappointed by the size/spread of the bouquet that was delivered. I suspect the photo on he website is the optimum/full bloom bouquet but most of the flowers were barely out so it looked like a bunch less than half the size.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Unfortunately the bunch of flowers I ordered were a lot smaller than the image made them out to be. Although they were well received I'm not sure they were great value for money (£34RRP) as they looked around £5 worth of flowers.”
