“Ok quality flowers - but very expensive for how few u actually get - perhaps more disappointed by delivery service who dumped box outside and lying inside rather than bothering to knock door for recipient to answer - well packaged though at least”

“Although the flowers were amazing, the delivery was not when I selected and I paid £1.99 for a card that was not provided, leading to the person receiving having to put a post on social media to find out who sent them flowers, which was disappointing.”

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Ordered a rose and freesia bouquet for my mums birthday. They arrived in the Saturday and she was delighted with them, said they were beautiful. Told me yesterday however, sadly the roses didn’t even last until Thursday. A little disappointing for them not to have lasted even a week.”

“order arrived on the right date. However the box was a little damaged and the flowers somewhat squashed. I am glad the intended reciever of these flowers was not home when delivered. I managed to arranges them to look decent in a vase however and 8 days later the flowers still look good. Overall the first impression at the doorstep was poor. Lasting impression is off quality flowers that last longer looking good than I expected.”

“The password thing is difficult and causes more issues…. They should send regular customers ….. yes those that are loyal and order the most. Discount promotions and code each month We would then order more but none marketing idiots choose to say let these, are most deserving of customers, pay more….🥺🥺🥺🥺”

“Flowers arrived on time. It was a nice enough bunch of flowers that was well presented however got the money (even with a decent 25%off) the bunch was a lot less and smaller than I’d have hoped. While my mam liked them, I was a little embarrassed myself when I saw them as I expected a larger bouquet. So I’m really disappointed. If I saw them in a shop, I’d have not actually bought them for the price.”
