Flowers were great when delivered but only lasted a couple of days , disappointed.

Lovely flowers and the Prosecco was much enjoyed by the recipients! Only one gripe; it says on the website 9 of each bloom but my friends only received 6 of each bloom. That’s a third less than I paid for! Feel a bit hard done by!

The flowers and small cake were, apparently nice, shame Royal Mail sent them to the wrong depot so they didn't arrive on the day of the birthday.

The bouquet seemed quite slim. I know I got a discount but I was slightly embarrassed when my sister sent me a photo of the flowers. She loved them but perhaps it was equally the gesture as much as the flowers.

Not as many flowers as I would have expected for the money even with the discount for the first order. A few flowers were droopy and old.

Was expecting a bigger bunch. A couple bruised flowers in the mix too. Gorgeous colours though, beautiful selection, just a little underwhelmed

A bit disappointed to be honest, the flowers looked beautiful in the picture but when I received a photo from the recipient they wasn’t like that, a few spindly stems that didn’t even fill the vase, lovely colours & fresh but not like the picture

I’m hoping the flowers were OK. Instead of delivering to the front door the flowers were left at the front gate with no attempt to come to the front of the property and ring the door bell. What can I say……

Ordered a tied bouquet for my mother. Delivery on a Sunday. Flowers were well packaged but very disappointing quality. Did not appear fresh and less than a week later they were dead. Not sure if this is because of weekend delivery.

The service and the idea are great but … the bouquets don’t live up to the pictures . I once ordered 100 red roses for my mum . I know there weren’t expensive but they turned up looking aneamic and very tiny buds . The buds didn’t open and the whole thing was thrown away the next day . Also less valuable bouquets are not like the pictures . My last one was pretty and in the same colours but fewer flowers . On this occasion I visited the recipient but that’s not always the case . I hope this will be noted because I love the idea snd the service .

Happy with the service flowers were lovely. Negative x 4 of the flowers were snapped from the stem so a little unhappy with that .

I have used Bunches many times for flowers and a couple of gifts and always been happy with the product. However my last order I felt was a little disappointing. My friend who the flowers were sent to sent me a picture hence my disappointment as they didnt seem to match the online picture. I did mention this to my friend but she said they were fine and was very pleased with them.. I would probably use Bunches again as easy to order and deliveries are always on the due date despite the Covid restrictions that couriers are dealing with.
