“I ordered flowers last Thursday evening which were to be delivered Saturday 10th sept for a friends birthday ,ok I could accept they may have been delayed until Monday, considering it was the week end but my friend has phoned me only a couple of hours ago to say they had JUST arrived (sept 15th ) exactly a week after ordering .So "what went wrong "?”

“The flowers were delivered on the wrong day. I found the order processing cumbersome and not as straight-forward and simply as it ought to be. I cannot be sure if I made a mistake but it was not presented back in a way that I would know I had made a mistake. I did not get a order details from you by email. As a result the flowers were delivered a day late for my Aunt's 90th Birthday. David Van Beveren”

“Delivery was fine. But very disappointed with the flowers, they didn't seem to be as nice as the illustration, I think I could have got better elsewhere for the same price.”

“Greatly over priced, I could have brought the same size bunch of flowers from the supermarkets for half the price, and I paid for delivery, the chocolates where also very over priced, as you can guess, will not be using this company again.”

“The photograph in the advert did not accurately reflect the size of the product. When the flowers arrived they looked more like a pose than a bouquet, as for the chocolates, the plastic sachet looked like they were intended for a child. However the flowers that did arrive were fresh and delivered within 24 hours of placing the order.”

“I have used your company many times and have always been satisfied. However this time I ordered flowers to be sent for my mothers birthday on September 5th. First of all, the flowers were left on her doorstep on September 3rd and secondly, by the day they were supposed to be delivered, they were dead!!! What's happened to your usual wonderful service and quality that I have come to expect from Bunches????”

“The gift was perfect and we'll received unfortunately I asked for it to be delivered on the 8th of September and it was actually delivered on the 9th You never let me down service and quality is always perfect so I will not stop using you”

“Although the flowers themselves were very nice a few of them were dead and withered on arrival. There was no water accompanying the flowers to keep them moist during transit. As these were for a special occasion it was disappointing to have dead flowers within the bunch. Also it maybe out with your control but the box the flowers arrived in was bashed.”

“The flowers were a birthday present for my 94 year old mother. I booked them to arrive on her birthday as I knew she would be at home. They arrived a day early when there was no-one at home and were left in the shed. Had I known the date was approximate I would have used a different company.”

“when the flowers arrived they were beautiful, bright and vibrant and bought forour wedding anniversary but the flowers were dead within 3 days. when you spend £25 on flowers you expect them to last longer than that. its not the first time we have used bunches but we've never had this problem before (flowers have lasted between 10 - 14 days). very disappointed.”
