I will never use Bunches.co.uk again. I was very impressed by the pictures on this website and decided to order the butterflies bunch for my mum for mothers day. The picture was so pretty and colourful and looked quite big. Even had plastic butterflies which she could save after the flowers had gone. They came the day before I asked for them to be delivered so was lucky my mum was in to get them. When I visited my mum on Mother's Day I couldn't wait to see them. I have never been so disappointed with flowers from anywhere else in my whole life. I thought they looked perthetic compared to the pictures on the website, a very small small, nowhere near the size of the picture.

The roses was dead when the flowers arrived and the lillies didt even open

I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered on Mothers day Sunday between 8:00 and 12:00 - they arrived at 14;30 - I believe I should have a refund or will not be using your services again. 07970 719466

flowers looked NOTHING like the picture- also had an email saying that i would get an email on the morning of the delivery date giving a one hour window of when they would be delivered- this didn't arrive. When i called to query- was told it didn't come as they were too busy!!! Not too busy to take my money though

DON'T BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. My sister bought flowers from here to send to someone and when the flowers arrived we were shocked at how badly she had been ripped off, the picture on the website showed a full looking bouquet and what we received was embarrassing and definitely not the same as advertised. My sister complained and sent a photo of what we received and asked what the company would do about this, and they replied saying they cant do anything unless we ask the person who received the flowers to sit and count how many stems they received? What the hell? As if it wasn't already embarrassing that the recipient received such a terrible bouquet, the lady expected us to ask the person to count how many carnations and freesias they received etc? Because its part of the policy? What is your policy on false advertising and taking customers money and sending them a couple of stems in return? This company will take your money and send you crap in return and embarrass you in front of whoever you're buying flowers for. And If you complain they wont do anything about it. Because they've got your money and dont give a damn about customer satisfaction. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE EMBARRASSMENT AND DISAPPOINTMENT!!

My mother's flowers were almost dead when they arrived and the chocolates had a white coating on them. I will not be using this company again.

not very good for the price I paid. I could have gone to asda and got the same for £5. not what was advertised. the flowers were also left in a box for 2 days. the card was a joke for £2. could have got a bigger and nicer card for £1.

Really dissappointed, the flowers were not in bloom, looked like they cost about £5 form a local garage instead of the £27 I spent, I was embarrassed that these were a Mothers Day gift and were the worst flowers my Mother recieved on the day

Delivery was late even though paid for before noon. Flowers not as advertised, Asked for a refund and told I had to return them by freepost? Ridiculous, not as if you can resell them and just further inconvenience to customer who has already had a poor experience. Will not use again and have made sure many others are aware of how bad the experience was,

The flowers got deliveredon 4th March when i had requested the delivery for the 5th. Also there was more buds then blossomed flowers!! will not be ordering again

The flowers my mother received were of poor quality, they were wilted and damaged. They were much smaller than described on the website. I was rather embarrassed to have given them to my mother on mothers day. I shan't be ordering from you again.

Paid for 12 assorted colour roses in a bouquet plus extra fee for Sunday delivery for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived just before 2pm and I was so ashamed when I watched my mum unbox them, they looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Most of the roses has already started to turn brown, the rest of the arrangement was half dead looking dry sticks of something that might have been great a few days before. I could have gone to my local supermarket and bought something far cheaper and much better quality which I will do from now on. I will never buy from bunches ever again.

For a bunch of flowers worth £20.00, I was more than disappointment to be sent literally 8-9 flowers and for them to arrive flat in a box with most of them squashed. My mother was not best pleased on Mothers Day to say the least! You should maybe put a picture up beforehand of the Small, Medium and Large bunch difference in size and/or a description as the picture shown for a small bunch is clearly false advertisement.

Ordered flowers in February for a Mothers Day delivery and when they had not arrived by 5pm Saturday I contacted customer service. They were not very helpful and only blamed it on Royal Mail. My sister called on the Sunday as I live in the USA and all they could offer was to get them there by Tuesday. They arrived Wednesday and were pathetic looking wimps of flowers not worth five quid. Called to complain and ask for a refund and got nothing but excuses. I just wonder how they get good reviews? Stay away from this company if you want quality flowers or service.

Waste of money i upgraded by £10 and i could of got bigger bunch for less money in supermarket and i never got message to say when they would arrive like they said i would

Order not delivered. No thorough follow up. Duplicate delivery offered as if it were something special. Original flowers not available. Blame placed on Fedex. Bunches refused to advise any contact person available in Fedex

I ordered some flowers with the added balloon for delivery on mothers day. The picture of both flowers and balloon looked great and I was excited for my mum to receive them by delivery as a surprise - a surprise I received. The flowers turned up in a sealed cardboard box. I struggled to find the balloon as it was so small. The bouquet of flowers was shocking, more so due to the price of them. They looked as though they had been picked up last minute from the local garage. Supermarkets were offering better flowers at a much better price. To say they were disappointing is an understatement. I definitely won't be using this service again.

I am disgusted on the flowers that were delievered. I ordered them for my mum on mothers day and when they arrived half of them were dead and bunches were very small..it was a thin bunch of flowers for the money i paid. I could of got the same from my local supermarket for half of the price.. tbh i would like this taking further as i am really not happy
