Ordered flowers on Sunday 15th for delivery Tuesday 17th it's now 18th and still not arrived, I did choose the free delivery but it does not say right next to the delivery option that this may not get there on time, can't comment on the flowers yet as not arrive but won't be that fresh will they, will use someone else in future.

Very disappointed. Ordered from this company previously and they have always been beautiful bouquets ordered a large bouquet for my mums 60th birthday and I was so disappointed at what turned up below average, something you would pick up from a corner shop was embarrassed to give them to my mum. Paid extra for things to be extra special and now I'm throughly disappointed.

I requested that the chocolates were removed from my last order because the flowers were meant for someone who had just lost someone so I didn't think it was appropriate to include them....and guess what? That's right, no one at your end took a blind bit of notice and the chocolates were included!!!

Delivered day before I requested. . Wife says they were soft and had to be thrown after 3 days. . Ballon picture very deceptive on size.

The basket display I ordered for my wife's birthday arrived in a very sorry state. It was obvious that, despite 'This Way Up' being shown on the outside of the packaging, the item had been mishandled during transit. My wife was very disappointed to find the contents of the basket were all floating around in the box. So far we have not received a response to our complaint.

Flowers were apparently lovely as was balloon and cake but I was so disappointed that they were all delivered the day before requested and the day before that special birthday. If product can't be delivered on a particular day, then don't give it as an option. Have used Bunches before and had a delay due to a friend delivering her daughter on mother's day, which was acceptable but there was no excuse in this case.

Balloon delivered on 11th Januaryto my granddaughter I went to see her yesterday and it was already deflated!! Very disappointed 4year old along with me her granny.

I am afraid that I a little disappointed with Bunches. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my Aunt as a Christmas Gift. I am the first to admit that I had the incorrect house number on the delivery address, however the houses are 3 doors apart. What I can’t believe that a delivery that has rejected is not fed back to the sender. In this day and age I would have thought that was common courtesy especially as you have to give them all your contact details. Email and mobile Number. The answer I received was it is not our policy to contact sender if address is incorrect so why do you take all of the sender’s details in the first place? Not good enough I am afraid. After using Bunches for the past 4 years for Christmas flowers this is now the last.

Sadly the flowers I ordered were delivered without the card so the recipient had no idea who they were from. I was offered extra chocolates and the card to be sent out but it was to late as I had already had to explain the situation to the recipient.

I phoned you company recently to ask if my flowers were delivered to my cousin and I was told that the delivery is not tracked. My cousin and family say that they could not remember them being delivered. Sadly, my cousin was very poorly and was taken into a hospital, then a hospice. There should be some way of tracking an order. I probably spent £25 for no reason.

I was REALLY disappointed with the size of this bouquet, it was tiny for £25. It was a gift and my friend thanked me but when I saw them I was shocked it was so small. It's unlikely I will order from here again.
