Good on time delivery but flowers were not as good as I had hoped, some petals were bruised and flowers didn’t last long. Perhaps just a consequence of being boxed.

Flowers turned up 4 die in rest full blossom speak to customer service girl z send u new fresh ones in 3/4 days thought a bit of joke as ment for me as been in hospital let’s hope the next ones b better

Wrong item was sent with the flowers but the matter was resolved promptly although I was a little disappointed that I had to do that as it was a gift for a friend who was ill

Normally I would say that Bunches is Excellent however I recently sent an arrangement to my sister in law. The card was not attached so she did not know it was from us & did not get the message I had added - Very disappointed

I have used Bunches before but this time was let down by what I thought was a much bigger bunch of flowers that what was actually sent.

Flowers arrived in good condition to friends address and on fate I ordered I Just feel for whayvu paid it was a very sparse bunch having previously ordered before I have always been happy with my bouquets but the recent ones I was not

iwasw disappointed that I was unable to track my order and my email about delivery was ignored Iys not nice when you have to contact the recipitant and ask if flowers arrived

No one at home when flowers were delivered on the Monday. Unable to collect until Wednesday slightly worse for wear.

My order instructions were not followed and the recipient did not receive his flowers on time However I believe that had to do with the post. The company was most responsive when I complained

Ordered what I thought would come as a bouquet of flowers instead it came like a £3 bunch of flowers that I could get at tescos. Not worth the money. Get bigger and better at your supermarkets and save a lot of money

The flowers arrived on time but some of the tulips had broken in transit and when the package was opened some heads had come off.

Have ordered flowers before from bunches.co.uk and they were lovely.ordered last week for a family birthday and was disappointed very small bunch and didn't think they were worth the money

I ordered some flowers for an elderly relative. I’m assuming they arrived as the only confirmation I received was that I had ordered them. Nothing to say they had been dispatched or even arrived. Sadly the relative is so elderly the only communication we have is by letter so will have to wait for a week or so to see if my relative writes to say thank you!

Unfortunately, the First-Class Post option you had chosen cannot be tracked as Royal Mail deal with so many items each day that they have no way of locating any one package in the postal system. Mother-in-laws birthday freesias started dying after 4 days! She wasn't impressed! Disappointed as have used before and people have been very happy with their flowers. Also use Flying Flowers so will be going back to them

I have put acceptable but really it wasn't, my friend Mrs. Mullaney only got the flowers yesterday 19th January due to the Post office having mislaid them as they could not deliver them the first time. In the end my friend's daughter Fiona had to go to the Post 0ffice in Farnham and collect them, (they needed water) and suggested when she rang me that you use a Courier in future not the G.P.0.

The flowers arrived on the day they were booked. They were ok but I wasn’t blown away as there wasn’t a particularly large amount of flowers. Not sure i would bother again
