Flowers that arrived were embarrassing, 3 dead carnations and a bit of green. Will not be ordering ever again from you

I ordered in plenty of time for the delivery on a special day. However, the flowers arrived a day late, no apology, and limp and squashed. Will never use Bunches again. So disappointed.

I ordered 2 Unicorn Bliss bouquets for special birthdays and was extremely embarrassed by what arrived. They looked nothing like the photos on the website and didn't even contain the same flowers. Very disappointing and embarrassing. Puts me off reordering.

Fushias were not scented at all. Very poor, absolutely nothing like the picture. Sorry Bunches but I feel let down 🙁

The flowers came nothing looking like the picture was a very small bunch and their was a colour different .over priced for what i got .

I was really disappointed with the Harvest Festival bouquet which I sent to my sister-in-law on her arrival home from hospital. It looked nothing like the picture, so therefore I will not be ordering from you again.

Bought them for a special birthday when arrived did not look half as good as the picture shows. Dead within a week while basic supermarket flowers at a fraction of the cost were still full of life! Very disappointed.

After receiving an email to say the flowers had been delivered we found out that they were delivered to the wrong address and returned. Bunches never notified us. We only found out by chance (our curiosity in checking the RM tracking to see what time they were delivered). Having gone back to Bunches to ask for them to be redelivered we were told the address error was our fault and the flowers had been delivered - end of story. We were told we'd have to order again and pay again. A succession of customer services reps were disinterested to the point of rudeness. Won't use them again.

We are not informed the gift has been refused until this arrives back at our warehouse at which point we do contact our customers to let them know of this. As the incorrect address was not a Bunches error we are unable to provide a replacement free of charge, however, we can see that we did honour the 25% discount code again so that a replacement could be sent at a discounted price. Wasn’t the best and really overpriced quite disappointed in the flowers feel like I could of had a better bunch from local supermarket

The flowers were lovely but the card I ordered to go with them that included a nice message and who was sending them was not put in the box. The recipient didn’t know who sent the flowers and therefore couldn’t thank me.

I've spent a lot of money at Bunches over the years and last week I spent more than £75 only to find that chocolates I had paid for to accompany flowers didn't arrive. When I asked Bunches to comment they sent the same small box of chocolates to my sister to compensate for her disappointment, especially as I had sent similar items to my other two sisters who got their chocolates. I made it clear that this put the matter right. Not for me it didn't. I expected at least a bigger box. I told Bunches. Made no difference
