I was extremely embarrassed when the flowers arrived for my friends 75th birthday. She has been ill, I hoped the flowers would cheer her up. Instead I had to apologise for the flowers. The bunch was extremely small. I wouldn't have paid more than £5 for them. Please take me off your mailing list. I tried to send a photograph to show how pathetic they were but it wouldn't go through.

I have used Bunches several times and always paid for a courier delivery so they arrive on birthdays ect. However they never been delivered on the right day which is very disappointing. The last lost were left on the doorstep in full view on early Sunday morning and the recipient was away and I paid for them to be there on the Monday. So had to contact the recipient which ruined the surprise who then contacted their neighbour to rescue them.

What arrived looked nothing like pic on website. Disappointed as have used this company before and the flowers were lovely. Unfortunately lost a customer

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Have used bunches for a few years now, but this delivery the flowers very poor just managed to get a week out of them just lifeless very disappointing,

Normally a very satisfied customer on several occasions but this time golden sunshine flowers very disappointing and not satisfied at all were nearly dead in 5 days

Very disappointed, looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. The picture obviously had more flowers to give impression of fuller bouquet. Not worth the money and won't be using Bunches again.

Thank you for your review. After checking the tracking of this gift we can see that the recipient was not available at the point of delivery. A calling card was left for them and this was later collected. We hope this helps. Kind Regards Bunches

Very disappointed. The flowers received were not like advertised at all (not just because they weren’t in bloom yet). Some stems were broken. Contact customer services with photo and they weren’t interested. Just said wait until they bloom. They were a birthday gift for an aunt. Won’t be using again. Very disappointed. Ordered the galaxy rainbow ‘display’ received a few bedraggled stems.

Already sent this in comments on website but had no reply. Extremely disappointed with the bouquet ordered for my daughter's 40th(9.1.22) Arrived late afternoon,puny bunch of flowers which bore little resemblance to beautiful pic on site even after days in vase

Gifted flowers, card and cake for a friend, unfortunately only 2 items were delivered. Called customer service, assured me it would be delivery but it’s yet to be delivered it’s been 8 working days. Very disappointed

One lot in bud & the other fully out. So when the second were to come out the first would be dead. Wrote to inform the company but given the brush off. Won't buy again.
