Hi, the flowers I ordered last year came early and I was so impressed that I ordered again this year. I booked weeks in advance to ensure it would at least arrive on Sat 14/11/2015, if not then early like last year. Unfortunately the flowers arrived on Monday. I was clear in my card and message that they were for my mother and they were for her birthday. It was a birthday card that I had selected and yet the chocolates provided were marked "Valentine" chocolates. I don't mind the lateness because it was an almost central London address, which would have been heavily congested with traffic, but the attention to detail was not evident.

Thank you for your comments Trang. I do sincerely apologise for the delay in delivering your gift, I do believe the Royal Mail were trying there hardest to deliver parcels as quickly as possible but due to the severe weather conditions of late there are some slight delays. With regards to the chocolates, having looked into your order further I can see that the Luxury Valentino Belgian chocolates were ordered, these are not Valentine chocolates, they are simply the brand name of the company that supply them. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment or confusion caused.

The flowers that arrived where very small in size and quantity. Also they where squished and didn't look very nice!

Our flowers are despatched whilst still in bud so the arrangement will look slightly smaller than the image displayed online when it arrives; this is to ensure a maximum vase life and limit damage during transit. I ordered them for my wife for her 50th birthday but she was very disappointed with the amount of flowers you got for the money, compared with other florists we have used recently. The chocolates and cake were a nice touch but I think my wife would have just pregerred a few more flowers instead. It was all a little disappointing as I had ordered them as a surprise for her as I was working away at the time, but it didn't really do the trick!

Arrived a day later than planned, no way we're they value for money. Will not use again flowers falling apart within 2 days.

Excellent service but very very disappointed with flowers paid £20 for a bunch of flowers worth about £5 was very misleading

Hello dan, I would have to say poor I'm afraid. I chose a pink azalea plant from the selection but that wasn't what arrived, in fact I heard it was a white plant. Also didn't realise that the card was a small one. In conclusion, I had asked for the gift to be delivered Monday 9/11, instead it was delivered sat 7/7. As this was for an 80th birthday for a dear lady I'm a bit disappointed.

Thank you for your comments June, Firstly I want to apologise for any upset or disappointment caused on this occasion. I can confirm a Pink Azalea was sent to your recipient, along with the card chosen. I can also see that you opted for the free First Class post delivery which takes 1-2 working days to deliver via Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for unfortunately. We do ask for a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed. This is explained when choosing your delivery date on the calendar, throughout our website and on your order confirmation. Please accept my apologies again.

Bouquet contained only carnations. 1/3 was dry... Very disappointed!!!!

Hello. I am sorry to give this review as I have used Bunches several times nowand beenn very happy with your service. However the last order I put in was disappointing. I ordered a plant for my sister in Scotland, for her birthday on 4th November. I just found out yesterday that the packing inside the box had squashed the plant. She normally sends me a photo on FB soon as she gets it however she hadn't so I was surprized. She told me that she was trying to nurture it back before she sent a photo as it was all squashed. Normally your flowers are really nice and arrive packed well. This is the first time I have sent a plant, as I thought this would last longer, maybe not a good decision. Flowers were ordered for my wife's 60th birthday, on the web site they looked stunning, when they arrived on time on the Tuesday the day before her birthday, they were in bud, it's now Friday night and they have still not opened out properly, they look ok but nothing special not a patch on the website photo, my wife bought a bunch from the local florist for £20 for a neighbour and they far outshine these for £4 less, quite disappointed, All the other flowers she received are far better than bunches efforts

Sadly they got returned to the post office and did not get collected in time, do won't use again, can't comment on flowers as I didn't see them

After looking into your order further I can see the flowers were dispatched on time and delivery was attempted on the day requested. Unfortunately as there was no answer at the time of delivery the parcel was taken back to the local post office and a calling card pushed through the door with instructions of how to collect the flowers or have them redelivered.

It came two days early and the recipient wasn't actually at home then, good quality products though, cheers.

The recipient of my gift of flowers wasn't at home at time of delivery - a note saying collect from Post Office was left for her but nothing indicating the parcel was perishable therefore she didn't collect for 2 days therefore the flowers were less than fresh to say the very least - very disappointed and you should always indicate that the parcel is perishable

It is Royal Mail's policy to mark the card as perishable if there is no answer at the time of delivery to let the recipient know that the parcel needs to be collected straight away. We have been using Royal Mail as our delivery partner for over 26 years and they usually deliver our gifts with such care and attention, however I apologise again to hear that this did not happen. Very disappointed with the quantity of the flowers. The free chocolates were of small quantity as well.
