The flowers were obviously not kept in a cool place prior to delivery as they were wilted...lived a shirt period and the chocolates were molten .... Apart from that .. great ????

I ordered the birthday gift set. I was so disappointed in what I received. The picture online in no way reflects what you get. Even though they were still in bud it was less than half the size of what's shown. Got in touch with Bunches and they weren't interested in helping, I was just asked to count the stems and then told that's how many there should have been. I'm still undecided about wether or not to contact trading standards because of blatant false advertising. Would not recommend!

The bunch of flowers that i sent to my girlfriend for her birthday was absolutely terrible. I actually went to asda and see some that was £2 that was 10 times better than the £25 bunch of flowers that was recieved.

Hi I ordered flowers on behalf of my mother who is 87 for her dear cousin who was celebrating her 92nd birthday on July 18th 2016. The given delivery date was the 18th of July 2016 however they were revived on July 16th 2016. My mother was extremely disappointed with the service. The actual flowers were nice but should have arrived on her cousins actual birthday.

Feel that the flowers were nothing like the Internet picture. Thought they came in a rattan vase, brown one shown in picture along with small box of chocolates, very misleading. Flowers almost dead after just two days. Very disappointed as they were an anniversary gift for my wife and the first time that I had used your company. Box was also just left outside on my gravel on the front garden, we were both in and the door was not knocked to advise of the delivery. My wife just happened to go out of the door and found them.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for our anniversary to be delivered to her works for a big surprise. The flowers turned up a day early and she was not in work that day. What huge disappointment I must say.

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. For the price and standard of flowers, could have got a better bunch & alot more for your money from your local garage !! The pictures are very deceiving, was not happy with purchase sorry.

I'm in the process of receiving a refund due to the disappointment with the bouquet my mum had received. I felt completely ripped off. The bunch of flowers were tiny, not much wider in diameter than a standard pen...and I paid £25 for a stingy bunch. It was to thank my parents for their help with our wedding and I felt it was a complete let down. In comparison today I went to a local florist who created a wonderful bouquet, much larger and substantial, healthier looking flowers all for the same price. I have used you regularly in the past but now I am not impressed with the quality and value of your services, I won't be using you again.

I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers I sent to a friend who had recently been bereaved.. I emailed Bunches who did promptly reply saying the flowers were as stated on the website... I would disagree. They were described as being in bud.. I would disputed that. They did not look like the display on the website.

I was so disappointed with the bunch of flowers that arrived. It looks nothing like the flowers in the picture. They were old flowers, dead leaves and broken off buds. It was so embarrassing. I had to explain away the issues to my mum who just smiled and told me not to order flowers online again. I have pictures if required. So disappointed.

Dear Sirs, I ordered a bouquet of flowers plus chocolates to be delivered on Monday 4th July, my daughters birthday. The flowers wee delivered on Saturday 2nd July and left on the doorstep all day as my daughter had gone out with her family - as you may imagine they did not fear very well in the sun all day. I have used you company many times before and have been very happy with them, but after being emailed by your company informing me that I should have chosen a Courier Service for an extra £6.00 this was not necessary as I had sent in the order in plenty of time. I am very disappointed with you and shall not use you again.

The flowers were very poor ,my daughter sent me a photo on sunday they had all ready wilted , she felt bad telling me she didn't want to upset me but thought i should know. So will not be using this service again

my flowers arrived and I wasn't happy at all. I am very dissapointed and unfortunately its not a first time. Flowers arrived in horrible state. They are all dry, some of them broken and look all very old. Same happened last time and I didn't complain and gave you another chance but this time it was even worse. Its shame because I am your regular customer and this is not right. Your sincerely

Flowers do not look like the pictures online. They were much smaller and a disappointment. Ruined what should have been a lovely surprise! Even after complaining - along with photos - nothing was done about it! Hugely unimpressed!

We were disappointed I the bouquet we had purchased as the bouquet that arrived did not look anything like the picture advertised at time of purchase, the advertised picture looked twice as big and with more flowers, I feel as if we have been misled into thinking we were getting a far more substantial bunch of flowers. Very disappointed in the size of the bunch of flowers. Did not look anything like the picture on the website. Won't be using this site again, shame as I often send flowers. Very disappointed!
