“I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered on 24th June. It looked good on their website but when it came it was not as advertised. When I complained the company said they always send flowers in bud so they can be enjoyed for longer. Well in my view they should have advertised bunches of buds - not flowers. Yesterday - Monday - there was no improvement in the bouquet and I am certainly not happy at all and intend to ask for a refund.”

“Usually a great service from Bunches , But this time I was Very Very Disapionted with the Flowers , The roses Failed to Bloom ,and the whole lot Died in the space of 6 Days , after contacting them with all the information they asked for , I heard Nothing back from them , Not Even an accnoligement of my E-Mails !!!!! Shocking Service !!!”

“I ordered a delivery of stem orchids. These are my mother's favourite flower, I ordered from yourself last year and they were magnificent, they lasted almost 3 months. I had no hesitation in re-ordering for her birthday this year, however, it is a completely different story. The stems arrived with brown tips, many flowers had fallen off in the box before opening, my mother is most disappointed she has had to cut them down to try and make them look half decent. I am very upset that she would receive such a disappointment on her special day.”

“ive booked and paid then heard nothing, I don't know if they have been delivered, no pics of actual arrangement being sent not heard from my friend who they were for either! so as far as I know they haven't even been sent!!”

“Was rather embarrassed and disappointed with this bunch of flowers as I had placed the order on behalf of my sister (who is in Spain) for my daughter's 21st birthday. They were very dry, droopy and almost dead looking arrival and even after reviving them in water, they certainly do not look any where near as good as the photo on website. The small "free" bag of chocs were also embarrassing and would rather she had received healthy flowers instead. At least the 21st card that I had added was acceptable.”

“Was very disappointed with flowers, Got a better deal at asda for a whole lot less. Paid extra for them to be delivered a day earlier than a 2nd bunch I ordered and both turned up same day hours apart”

“The flowers advertised as best sellers looked amazing, in reality they looked absolutely diabolical. I was so embarrassed when the person I bought them for sent me a picture, I would have had a better bouquet if I went to the supermarket!!”

“So dissapointing, my sister in law has had an operation so I chose a lovely bouquet to cheer her up, they arrived on Tuesday and today, Friday they were wilting and dying so she had to throw them away. I have used Bunches before and never had a problem, so sad about this!”

“Iam very disappointed in what kind of flowers my aunt got. At the websight they show a lovely photo of a flower bouquet named Mystique Pink ,but she only got half of the flowers not even close to what the web sight shows. It was very embarrassing when my aunt showed me the photo of the flowers she got.I didn't know what to say to her. Very very disappointed .And i also paid quite a lot of money for what? to get half of the flowers delivered. The web sight is deceptive they show something els and deliver something els.”
