“Sorry, 1st time purchase, was disappointed didn't find it value for money for my sisters birthday. Flowers by post wasn't what I'd expected & the flowers were small.”

“I have always been very pleased with Bunches in the past, however ordered a first class delivery for, hopefully, 28th November and appreciate its Christmas time and of course extra pressure with Covid and everyone ordering online, but it wasn’t delivered until 1st December, so flowers been in box a long time. The lady I sent them to was grateful to receive them and I know didn’t want to say they weren’t as good as they could have been. Perhaps need to make it clear that deliveries could take several days at the moment, rather than just saying can’t guarantee Royal Mail delivery. Thank you.”

“Hi, although the flowers apparently were beautiful, there was no message to say who they were from. I did not opt for a special card, as I had also sent a birthday card, but I did fill out the plain one available to be included. Eventually I had to ask the recipient if the flowers had been received -- not very nice to have to do! I don't know when they arrived or how delivered since these were a gift and I think few people would know these answers in such circumstances. Thanks for the opportunity to leave some feedback. Best wishes .”

“I’m honestly disappointed with the flowers that were received! For £20 I could have bought a huge bunch at the supermarket! This was a cheap £4 bunch at best. Yes they were delivered on time on a Sunday but in all honesty I wish I’d gone elsewhere. I’m afraid I won’t be using bunches again”

“Customer service not what it was. They don't respond to emails and don't send an email confirmation of your order. If you don't log in to order then you've no permanent record, so if you order as a guest, make sure you print out your confirmation because once you close, that's the last you hear from Bunches.”

“The large Golden Sunshine bouquet in all honesty looked like a more miserable version of ones I’ve paid £10 for in a supermarket. Not at all like the photo on the website.”

“The flowers where lovely. However the score I gave is due to them not turning up on the day I had pre-booked them for a wedding anniversary, they turned up the day after, I know it say's that they might not turn up on the day booked so what is the point in offering the pre-booking for, as I had booked mine 3 weeks before. So dissapointing, I won't be ordering from bunches again, not when there are places that I know deliver on the day you request.”

“The flowers when they arrived were lovely but after 3 days the roses were dead! Also the flowers were meant to be delivered on the Saturday and didn’t arrive till the Monday even though I ordered them 5 days in advance, which was very disappointing as they were for my Mum and Dads 40th wedding anniversary!”
