“Disappointed with the amount of flowers in the bag..it looked bigger on the screen. The flowers were good quality and arrived on time. A bit over priced for what was received compared to other florists used in the past. Sorry😢”

“Unfortunately the flowers had obviously been stored upside down by the courier. The top of the box was wet and the flowers dry: so the flowers were wilted and never really recovered.”

“Recent poor quality of rose plants in a container received as a gift. Replacement was equally bad. Customer service was efficient and finally sent a lovely flower arrangement. But it was disappointing to receive a box of jumbled plants, container and compost in the first place!!”

“The flowers were lovely however they had already started to wilt by day 3. You could tell the bunch wasn’t fresh as some of the heads had been cut with bare stalks. Not ideal, as rival company’s flowers were far fresher, and lasted longer, and were cheaper. So only 2 stars as they were not as described with regards to freshness.”

“I recently purchased flowers for my daughter and requested delivery date to be 18th November 2020. The flowers did not arrive until 20th November 2020, by which time part of the message was totally irrelevant as, by the time the flowers arrived she had already taken the exams for which I had wished her luck. Some of the flowers were looking quite sorry for themselves and a spray of tiny white daises was dead within a couple of days. Earlier the same week I had received two lots of Bunches flowers from the UK and both had arrived in good condition and on time. I have sent Bunches flowers and received them on many occasions in the last few years, but I now may consider using an alternative supplier. As far as delivery is concerned, although we live on the Isle of Man, our postal service is excellent. Our post is flown in from the UK daily and in recent weeks the post plane has made it's flights according to schedule. So there can be no excuse 'Oh, but they have to travel to the Isle of Man'.”

“I am very disappointed. I ordered the delivery weeks in advance to ensure delivery on time, but once again it was late, when I complained I was fobbed off with "it's out of our hands" . I wanted my 85 yo mother to get her flowers on the right day because I'm on the other side of the world. I feel very let down.”

“Good day to you, during this month I've had two deliveries and ended up being very disappointed with both. The delivery itself was flawless and customers received at tge right time. However the actual flowers was very disappointing. I had to go back to my orders each time to double check as they looked nothing like the pictures of ones I ordered. I understand there are many reasons for this but it was such a huge visible difference that it made me think twice about ordering from you again. I understand one if the ladies akready contacted you stating their displeasure and although I believe she should have left that up to me, I do understand her feelings. With Xmas coming up and lockdown I must confess to having second thoughts about using your service. And I'm sorry for that! Regards Carolyn”

“Ordered flowers Sunday, but were not actually delivered till Wednesday afternoon. Had opted for delivery via post office but selected track & trace (but could not get information to track item online), I wanted to the spend money on the flowers for my bereaved elderly Aunt Had anticipated that they would be delivered on Tuesday, suppose Covid-19 affected everything. They appeared to be in good order, although in full flower (she sent me a photo), had anticipated that they would be in bud, or just opening. Not quite what expected.”
