“Never ever again. Ordered for my wife's birthday, let me know if you want pictures. Basically they deliver stems, not flowers as per the pictures. The flowers pictures are what it may become into depending on the environment, room temperature, country, number of daylight hours etc. For someone who isn't a flower expert, there was no way for me to know what I am purchasing will look nothing like what is received. I should have just bought the seeds and planted them, soon enough they'll grow to become flowers and I can present them to my wife. Absolutely shocking and I will be contacting Trading Standards as well as Paypal regarding this. Customer Service even worse!”

As you have already mentioned I can see that you have been in contact with our Customer Support Team who have been looking into this issue for you and I can see that this issue has now been rectified . I have spoken with my colleague and can see that the bouquet you choose was one that we advertise on our website as spray flowers and would require to be presented within a vase by the recipient. Although we do advertise all the bouquets within our range when they are fully open and arranged within a vase as we are a flowers by post company we do explain on every description page that our bouquets will be send out within bud for maximum vase life. By doing this it not only does it ensure that the customers gift travels safely but this also protects the flowers and therefore extends the lifespan of each flower. We do again apologise for any disappointment this matter has caused and we do hope that you have found this information useful. Thank you

“i ordered a floral display and also paid for guaranteed delivery on a specific day as it was my friends birthday. but although i had put on the instructions leave at door i have since found out that with this type of delivery the post office will not leave it as they require a signature. the post office did call me to say that they were trying to deliver and i asked if they could leave it at the door or give it to a neighbour and still the answer was no. i believe your site should make this clear to people who are using the special delivery method. at the end of the day the post office delivered on Saturday not the Thursday so i'm sure u can imagine that the flowers were not at their best, overall i am extremely disappointed.”

While we do welcome our customers to leave any delivery instructions they wish especially when a courier service has been chosen as advertised we do say that we can not 100% guarantee that these will be followed as an signature is required for this type of delivery. Unfortunately It is down to the driver to whether they deem it save enough to leave an item if there happens to be no one home at the time that an attempted delivery has occurred. If the driver chooses not to leave the parcel or try a neighbours house then they do assure us that an red and white calling card will always be left. “On delivery, one of the flowers was broken. After two day, the petals had come off over half the blooms. One week on and they are all in the bin. Very disappointing, as these flowers are quite costly. I have dealt with you for some time, but never had this experience before. Your company is usually more reliable than some of your competitors.”

“I have already emailed and your business do not care one bit. I sent a photo advised that at the price I paid I would've got the same bunch for less in a petrol station. Shocking, nothing like your online picture. Regardless of how much arranging I do with the flowers received. Would never buy from you again. For customer service as well following my complaint. “The flowers arrived on Monday squashed on all sides where the box was too small for the arrangement (it wasn't wide enough). It is now Wednesday morning less that 48 hours after receipt and the roses in the arrangement are turning brown, the daisy's have lost there petals. You just have to turn the arrangement and flowers fall off. Sorry to say I won't be using Bunches again. I expect more for a £41.00 arrangement of flowers.”

“I am fully aware and accept that it was my error in putting the address as 20 instead of 29 but as there is no number 20 in the street involved I do wonder where the courier company left the flowers? dumped and signed as Porch, we all know that is not a person but a word, porch of which house? I did ask if the courier company could be checked but got no response from Bunches. They obviously do not care, money received, not our problem anymore.”
