order acknowledged on 23rd August with delivery date the following day - 24th August. Actual delivery 26th August.

The wrong flowers were sent red roses instead of sympathy flowers. I am very angry and upset

still waiting for delivery! Ordered Monday for delivery Friday, to be informed "I should have paid for delivery to guarantee" 1 week later and no delivery, have had to make alternative arrangement!

My order was placed in plenty of time but the order has still not been received. The tracking still advises that the parcel is still in transit. The gift was a leaving present for a member of staff who has now left the company without her gift. Will not be using the company for any future gift.

We had this delivered for a birthday surprise and the quality of the flowers when they arrived was bad. A complaint has been made by the person who recieved them

I am really sorry to say but the date which I mentioned for delivery of flower were not deliver on that day but a day prior.The bunch of flowers were really sad.i didn't Like it at all I wish I cuold send the picture.What I saw on the website and what I got deliver was big difference!

The flowers were dying on arrival, wilted and some had brown petals. They would not refund the entire order only partly.

I ordered flowers for my step mum who unfortunately fell and broke her hip, she is 77. I asked for the delivery date to be changed. I was told it couldn't due to it being ready for the delivery, this was a Friday the day before the delivery day. A company your size cannot make a phone just to explain delivery date has changed is beyond me. I am utterly speechless that the delivery still went ahead when i told you there would be no one there.

Well where do I start,at the stem I suppose,had more emails from you from lots of different people,there where three at one time all asking me different things and convincing me what went wrong,lots the plot in the end because they where all throwing their spanner in the works,wont get you to arrange my funeral flowers cause they might arrive on the wrong day?as for the free chocalates,think they might get stuck in my throat,sods law, used you many times but think I will stick to Iflorist,probably same people anyway petal, Keith Tipler

I deliberately asked for 18th August as the lady was at the hospital on the 17th and her birthday on 18th. Instead the Royal Mail delivered on 17th and of course the lady not in. A note was left for her to collect but no mention that it was flowers. As she is poorly and not able to collect she thought it was just a present from her sister. Her friend who was visiting the following week would collect it for her. So consequently the flowers are still at the Sorting Office of the Royal Mail, probably rotting away. Why on earth do Bunches use The Royal Mail. This is the first time I have used Bunches. I have never had this problem before when sending flowers to a friend, but they have never used Royal Mail. What a complete and utter waste of time and money.

The bouquet Lilac Haze bought for my mother was of very poor quality. The roses were drooping after only a couple of days, unlike any previous displays I have bought from you. I was really disappointed with the overall lack of quality in the presentation.

Ordered flowers for sisters Diamond Wedding. When they eventually arrived the flowers in both quantity and quantity were pathetic, nothing at all like the photographs online they really were very poor indeed. When we visited wife's sister we were embarrassed when we're saw them and sister was doing her best to say something nice about them. Contacted Bunches who apologised most profusely and promised to send out a 'meaningful' replacement as means of apology. These were due to arrive on Sat 19th. Once again van pulled up and took the flowers to guy across the road who was doing his garden. Then drove off. I received a phone call shortly after asking if my wife and I would go up and look at the meaningful replacement. Four Lilliesleaf had no heads o and we're loose in the box, leave were black and slime really they were in bad order. I complained once again today 21st and returned the meaningful flowers to Bunches. We had heard such good reports, but we certainly will NOT use them again

First the flowers was delivered a day early but luckily my mum was in to receive them. Half of the flowers had died within the first couple of days. So not really happy .
