“I am absolutely disgusted in the "bouquet" received today. The flowers were half dead, completely squashed and looked worse than a £3.00 bunch you'd pick up at a petrol station. The card for the recipient was bent and ripped and is not the sort of bouquet you would give to a friend. After receiving these I was too embarrassed to hand them over. The flowers were wrapped in extremely cheap materials which were also ruined. I paid for an upgrade to the large bouquet (supposedly 25 stems) and the bouquet was tiny!! The total cost being £30.00 (which was only because I'd applied a discount code which I get through Eden Red at work) completely not worth the money, i'd of been better off going to the local Aldi and selecting a £2.00 bunch. Completely overpriced, I feel totally ripped off and I am very very unhappy. Will not be ordering from this site again & hope someone contacts me soon to resolve this as these were not acceptable at all.”

“Flowers for my mother's birthday not delivered. Tracking info said flowers had been delivered AND signed for by my mother. I was told delivery attempt made to wrong address - in this case how could it possibly be the case that the flowers had been signed for by my mother? When companies set themselves up to deal with deliveries on a specific day they should get it right 100% of the time it is just not good enough to get it right some of the time. My first and last dealing with this company!”

“Nothing like the picture, arrived in a box and you have to arrange them yourself. The free chocolates! Yeah okay, a small packet, embarrassing! Would have been better buying a bunch of flowers and a packet of cadburys Buttons from the garage forecourt and it wouldn't have cost £21.99. Not getting my business again.”

“The flowers were a leaving gift for a work colleague's last day. When they arrived they were in a box with no water and were basically dry and dead. I paid extra for delivery so was surprised to receive them through the post. We could not present them to the person as it would have been embarrassing and so we had to buy replacement from the local Asda which were a third of the price of the flowers supplied and there was no comparison with the quality. I can supply a photo of the flowers purchased from yourselves & would be grateful if you could repay the cost as the flowers were terrible.”
