I am disappointed that flowers I requested to be delivered on 28th July did not arrive until 31st. These flowers were to remember a loved one no longer with us so the date was very special. This is probably the first time this has happened to my orders but it has left me sad & disappointed

Order arrived a day late for our Anniversary. Maybe could have been post end out a day earlier. Needless to say very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on the day you would have liked. Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery between the hours of 8am-6pm. This information is provided on our website and in the order confirmation that is provided after the order is placed. This service comes with a 97% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. The flowers were ok but looked like something you can buy from a supermarket for about £7. For what you get it is overpriced and they also don't give you an estimated time of delivery or delivery confirmation. I sent them to mt partner's place of work and spent the day worrying about if and when he would receive them. They also died within a few days despite being in a vase and using the plant food.

Flowers look nothing like they do in the picture. The amount of flowers you actually get is ridiculous for the price. Not happy!

I have used Bunches for a good many years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. It wasn't a problem with Bunches themselves I have to say, it was the delivery. The flowers & chocolates were left in a recycle bin and on a very hot day, this wasn't the best idea. According to Bunches, they should have been returned to the depot but this didn't happen. I'm still awaiting a response from Bunches.

Disappointed that the flowers I ordered for my friend’s 60th birthday were not delivered on the correct day even though I had ordered them several days before.

unfortunately the order was left by the side gate and when the recipient got home the flowers had gone and not been picked up by neighbours. They were del by dpd and this is the second parcel that has been del by them(to a different address, and different contents) in the last month I have had trouble with. They did send a photo as proof of del but it appears they don't try neighbours unlike other del company's and unfortunately makes me think twice before ordering through com. that use them. I am sure the flowers were absolutely beautiful as I have used bunches in the past. I would recommend you perhaps try royal mail delivery?

I have used Bunches for many years and there service has always been first class. Sadly over the last year this seems to be deteriorating. My most recent experience and the response from customer service has left me looking for alternative provider. Sad to write this.

Beautiful arrangement but somewhat disappointed at how fast they faded. Previously when I’ve order letterbox flowers they’ve been quite durable, often at least 5 days before I need to fish any out and have had them last up to 10 days. These were delivered on Saturday and dead and wilted by Tuesday despite plenty of water and a temperate room.

The flowers lasted 2, not even that. Not the same as the picture what so ever. Wasn’t fresh at all and pretty much dead before it arrived. First and last time I’m ordering from here.

I ordered flowers for a work colleague that was leaving and though i had used Bunches in the past and pleased with them on this special occasion i was embarrassed at what arrived. The flowers looked half dead and there was very few of them in the bunch. Very disappointing and i doubt i will use Bunches again. I ordered several days in advance but they didn't arrive until just before my colleague was due to leave work.

Not worth £20 for flowers. Some of them came wilted and squished because they were delivered in a flat box. The bouquet wasn’t full enough for £20. Also only the first part of my message was printed on the card. Pros are fast delivery

I was made aware that whilst the delivery was on time, the cake was squashed and the flowers were in poor condition.

A wrong card was sent with my order, stating a different message and a different senders name. Absolutely ridiculous, I paid extra to get a card matching to the occasion.

Flowers were lovely but delivered a day after our wedding anniversary. It was explained when I called that it is written on the web site that orders are not guaranteed unless a more expensive delivery option is chosen. Having looked again at the web site, it does kind of say that but it's not that prominent or much of a warning (97%...). The impression is that because you have selected a particular date that is when they will be delivered (plus one of the key selling points is free delivery) I'm sure it's not meant to be misleading because it is written, but I do think much more prominence should be given to the delivery date risk

During the ordering process we do advertise written underneath the calendar our free delivery service is not 100% guaranteed to arrive on the day of your choice and although your item was given 97% chance of arriving on the date requested at the time of dispatch we are unaware of which day between the two it will arrive on. I went with local post office delivery and you asked me where you wanted the flowers left. I said the front door. They weren’t left at the door a card was given by the post office. My friend works full time and wasn’t expecting flowers so didn’t collect them until Saturday. By that time they were wilted and pretty much dead. I would not have purchased them if I had realized your option to leave them at the door was not a viable option.

Delivery... my thank you flowers were delivered on time but unfortunately my friend was not in... altho she was left notification that a parcel was delivered shexaabt expecting flowers as it was a surprise... if I had got informed that delivery had be unsuccessful I would have rang her to let her know what the package was... unfortunately she collected days later and they were dying if not done were dead 😢
