“Post never left the flowers with my sisters neighbours who were at home at the delivery time .She never received them until Monday 21st instead of Friday 17th.. Some had wilted.”

“This time Bunches failed to impress. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday allowing for the possibility of them not arriving until the Saturday but unfortunately they didn't arrive until the Monday. Not totally Bunches fault as you have Royal Mail doing the delivery however I was still very disappointed that my flowers arrived 3 days later than ordered.”

“They came on time and after a drink perked up, but have only had them a week and they are dead, I would show a picture but it will not let me. Bunches are really nice people just a sham about the flowers, but this is the first time I have had this problem.”

“I ordered some flowers to be sent to my son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary on 11th August, but sadly they were not in a very good condition on arrival. My son was a bit embarrassed to tell me as they thought it was a lovely gift and did not want to complain, but he said they were very dry when they arrived and there was no water or moist packing around the stems. The day after receipt all the little blue flowers had died and even after 3 days the lillies are struggling to open. This was a new product, very unusual and very striking with the zinc vase but sadly the contents were very disappointing. I have been ordering flowers from Bunches for many years as we live in France and it it a nice way to keep in touch with family and friends when we don't see them so often. Only on one or two occasions have I mentioned to Bunches that the quality, on arrival, was disappointing, and they have been very gracious in dealing with my comments. “Delivery was prompt and within the time window specified, however the flowers were not presented as I had expected having paid upwards of £35 for the order with a courier service included at extra cost. The flowers were crushed into a small cardboard box which was not very appealing for the receiver. Who had to take them out and bring them back to life herself. In removing these from the box, we found that multiple stems had been snapped due to the crushing, so these flowers had to be disposed of and could not be displayed or enjoyed. The surviving flowers and add-ons are on display and look fine, now that we have put a bit of work into rearranging them. The enjoyment of having flowers delivered as opposed to purchasing them from a supermarket (at a much reduced cost) is for the experience and surprise of the order arriving and seeing them being handed over in a well presented fashion, this experience was lost with the Bunches order due to the extremely poor packing and presentation. I would not recommend this service to friends or family in future.”

“When ordering the flowers I noted that '97% arrive the next day' when 1st class post is selected for delivery. Unfortunately mine turned out to be one of the three per cent minority and the flowers arrived late. I had paid for a greetings card to be included but there wasn't one in the pack. Some of the freesias were wilting on arrival. The recipient was pleased with the number and colours of the carnations.”

“I use Bunches.co.uk every time I need to send flowers to my friends and family in the UK, as I live in South Africa. I have never been disappointed before, but this time I had to opt for a lower cost bunch of flowers for my stepmother's birthday and frankly was pretty underwhelmed by the scrawny handful of flowers that she received.
