“Bought flowers as a thank you for my friend. I was disappointed with the flowers received, cost me loads of money and we counted 10 carnations and one sprig of gymsophelia, absolutely disgusting, I would rather buy from a supermarket at least my friend would have got a decent bunch of flowers, would not order from bunches again😞”

“Delivery was on time but was really disappointed with the size of the bouquet. It was small. Don’t think I will use this company again,I wish I had stuck to my usual supplier. On this occasion known was far better than the unknown.”

“Didn’t deliver on estimated day it advised. I wanted flowers to arrive on a certain day for an 18th birthday. Flowers arrived two later! This spoiled the occasion and surprise. Won’t use Bunches again”

“This is the second time we have had flowers droop within less than a week. We have used you several times in the past, and this is not the high standard that we had come to expect. The Carnations were sent to someone who trained in Carnation growing in an earlier life and he commented that these were lower-grade flowers with weak stems. If this is due to cost-cutting, it does not help your profile to be a 5-star supplier of cut flowers”

“i use to love bunches as the service was really good, however as per my latest purchase the flowers were really not up to standard and far from what the picture is showing on the website. Additionally, royal mail misrouted the delivery therefore it did not make it for a birthday. The delivery guy carelessly left it on the floor at the bus stop, so anyone could have picked it up and taken the flowers, card and chocolate. Big disappointment this time.”

“Most of the flowers were already wilting by the time they arrived and the ones that weren't only lasted two days. Very dissatisfied considering the money I spent. I won't be purchasing again.”

“The flowers were left inside a recycling bin and no note to say where they were. Secondly they were NOT was advertised in the picture. I complained straight away with photos but I was told to wait until they opened!”

“Order number 11686705. Ordered large bunch of flowers as a birthday gift but came as standard bunch (12 stems vs 17). Not normally a problem and have been ordering for several years from this company. Flowers as normal were excellent quality and delivered to timescale.”
