I was very disappointed with the flowers this time as had beautiful flowers beforehand off bunches . The delivery was good thou and on time

The roses were not fresh. Thew were supposed to open during the days following delivery, however, when they were delivered they were not only fully open but most of the roses had starded loosing their petals.

The flowers themselves were lovely and well received. However the flowers were left in garage at the address with no note saying there had been a delivery. They were found by accident! I understand this will be the delivery person / company fault rather than Bunches but thought you should know.

The roses barely lasted a week very disappointed I got a bunch from Sainsburys on the 12th for a fiver and they still look great

Ordered the flowers last minute and they arrived on the day requested which was good. The quality of the flowers was not what I expected. Some of the leaves became shrivelled and died with 24-48 hours of receipt. Two of the flower stems broke, but what remained was OK and lasted six days. Not blown away to be honest, I felt that whilst the service was good the quality of the flowers was not good at all and I doubt I will use this service again.

Roses had dropped the day after delivery so had to be thrown out ,such a disappointment.

Has made a purchase of a tulip bouquet recently and didn’t receive the amount as promised and paid extra to add other stuff didn’t receive it either 😞

Normally the quality of the flowers are excellent and seem to last quite a long time but unfortunately on this occasion they only lasted a couple of days before most of the heads died.

Valentines flowers arrived 6pm, which wasn't Bunches direct fault but they should have disclosed that their chosen delivery agent (DPD) may deliver late into the evening, i.e. after most of Valentines Day. Would like to say that the quality of the flowers compensated for the disappointment of delivery but they were lacklustre and dull.

A bit disappointed. The bouquet only lasted two days and became very tired looking very quickly. Didn’t last very long at all.

Late arriving … 5 days instead of two maximum. Wouldn’t use again for peoples birthdays etc. The cards are of a good quality though.

First and last time I will purchase from this site. Had better flowers from supermarkets and very much cheaper

Flowers were delivered at the recipient's home very late in the day 17:45 and the condition of the flowers was not one would expect to them as they were shown in photos on the website.

my friend I sent them to was not happy with them because they were looking like they were half gone and brown and see them as well did not look very nice at tall they did not look very fresh at tall thank you

Mum's flowers were packed upside down in the box! They didn't last long, they were meant to cheer my Mum up on the anniversary of my Dad's death

these were a birthday gift for my sisters 65th. the card included was for a "AuntieSue From Laura.Hien and Hector" who are not related to us. It took some time for my sister Karen to unravel this situation. I am disapointed that she did not receive the card from us which stated Hope you have had a good holiday happy 65th love from Ros and Rob
