“The bunch of flowers were a day late!! Missing my mother's birthday despite giving 4 days notice. Can't say the bunch of flowers looked what I paid either! Shan't be using them again.!”

“Flowers were ok but the delivery was not what I expected. Arrived a day late. Tracking the flowers was not good either. Very disappointed that they were delivered late although ordered in plenty of time for a special birthday.”

“The bouquet was actually not like it was advertised online. There were a few colours that were added without any consent not what was advertised online. The card seemed to be as directed on the instructions stated whilst placing the order. The exact details about how to the bouquet was supposed to be delivered was evident with how it was going to be delivered on the same day that it was supposed to be.”

“Some of thr flowers were past their best and the gypsophila were not particularly rather lacklustre. Delivery was on time which was a plus. Overall I expected a better standard for the price. I regret to say I would be reluctant to use the service again”

“Ordering was easy however the delivery was appalling . The flowers were for a 90 year old and whoever delivered didn’t hang around . She never heard the doorbell and never found the delivery card that was allegedly put through her door. Consequently she got the flowers 2 days later when I rang to see if she had them. I had to tell her where they were left and they were looking sorry for themselves . I think the delivery agent was in too much of a hurry to provide a personal service . Won’t be using Bunches again”

“Delivery was when stated but I was quite disappointed with the flowers. They were withered and looked like a bunch I could have bought in a supermarket for £10 instead of the £25 + delivery. I have bought better flowers online. I'm unlikely to buy from bunches again :(”

“Recipient very sadly died a week before her 100th birthday (the chosen date for delivery). Had she lived, I would have been very upset that it arrived a day late especially as I ordered it in plenty of time.”
