I was disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered. There were very few actual flowers most of the stems were fillers. It did not resemble the picture.

Not delivered on time despite ordering well in advance. Poor customer service, no responsibility taken. You get what you pay for I guess.

Good Afternoon Thank you for your review. After looking into your order further I can see that your selected delivery date was the 19th Janaury, the delivery service that had been selected, was our free delivery service. This service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on your chosen day, however this is not a guarantee and sadly the gift may arrive the next working day. Royal Mail deliver between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday -Friday and 8am-1pm on a Saturday. Unfortunately, as your order was sent by first-class post, we are unable to trace this. We would have expected your gift to have arrived no later than 21st January by 6pm. If there have been any discrepancies with the delivery timescale in your order, please do feel free to contact us on our freephone customer support line on 0800 626 249 and a member of our team will be happy to discuss this with you. Delivery was very late. Missed important Birthday. When delivery finally arrived the flowers were dead, dieing, very dry. Recipient very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I received a rose in watering can and when it arrived it was almost dead leaves falling off it was so disappointing as it was from a special friend - I have both received and ordered from you before and this is the only time I am not happy especially as I had no response from my letter to you!

Disappointed that flowers were sent without message leaving recipient unaware of who sent them. Contacted recipient a week later as no acknowledgement had been made. Most embarrassing. Bunches would not give recipient any information as it would contravene data protection. Overall feel a nice gesture was wasted.

Ordered for Sat delivery but at 5.0pm told they couldn't deliver till Monday. Completely useless by then to use another company for a Sat delivery.

Not very happy at all as I am a regular customer of over 5 years but they failed to deliver a bunch of flowers and welcome home from my elderly mother who came out of hospital last weekend - finally after many emails of complaining I was given £5 in posy points - very unsatisfactory

I live in Canada and was looking forward to sending a lovely arrangement to my friends in Hebburn for Christmas. The order was delivered, but not to my friends! I emailed with my concern and was assured that a replacement would be sent. To this date my friends have not received the flowers. This is hugely disappointing and I am now out of pocket and my friends have no flowers. I will find another florist in the UK in future.

I paid extra for "guaranteed delivery" on my wife's birthday, the flowers were a day late. The flowers were supposed to be in bud on arrival - they were starting to wilt and were dead within 2 days.

I ordered some flowers, my first time. I sent them to a hospital that came up on the automatic address list. Apparently some don’t accept them. This one didn’t. Had I have known I’d have rang first, I think this should be explained on the website. My friend never got her flowers.

I was not happy at all the flowers I received were nothing like the picture and it wasn’t even a bunch of flowers. I could of got better from Asda and the balloon that came with it was disgusting it was not worth the price and do not recommend. I wouldn’t even call it a bunch of flowers.

I bought it flowers for 1 class delivery and my women have recieved them after 6days. And flowers wasnt in little bag of water. Very dissapointed about delivery time

Flowers arrived late, half were dead. Customer service kindly sent out another fresh bouquet. The customer service advisor told me the order would be upgraded. My friend received the new delivery on time, but there was no flower feeder included this time and the bunch was no different from the original order. Both my friend and I are disappointed with the service. I won’t be using bunches flower service again.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery on the 21st December and it didn't turn up. I ordered these flowers a week before the delivery date. Very disappointed with the service..
