“I will never order flowers from this site again. I bought two bunches of flowers costing me around £52 including delivery. The flowers I received looked like flowers from Tesco that cost £3. What is that all about?? Such a rip off and so upsetting as the flowers were for Mother's Day!! Don't buy from this site. The pictures they have on there sites are totally different to what you get!!!”

“My son (12 years old) was very kind and spent over the odds on me for Mother's Day. I was totally shocked at how much a relatively small bunch of flowers (worth in my opinion no more than £5) and chocolates (worth no more than £2.99) cost him. Daylight robbery and I would not recommend your company to anyone. The flowers were not even as fresh as they could have been. I reassured my son that the flowers were beautiful A total disappointment in my opinion.”

“delivery was very late on mother's day between 1815 and 1915. when you pay £6 for delivery this is not acceptable”

“The flowers were disgraceful! Nothing like the pictures at all. Arrived lifeless and dead.such a "lovely" gift for Mother's Day. I was so embarrased. I've tried contacting and surprise surprise I'm not getting a response. I do expect a refund because if I'm paying almost £30 for flowers that look like they have been trampled on then you have come to the right place. My £7 Tesco ones I brought looked more high end than this rubbish! Don't bother, stay away. Terrible!”

“I paid nearly £30 including delivery for a large 24 stem Mother's Day flowers for them to arrive and look quite small, they weren't 24 stems when I counted them, so very disappointed.”

“Are you joking? I've emailed twice, sent a msg through the website and been ignored. The flowers on mothers day wereturns awful.you ruined the surprised and it was just a poor excuse for a bouquet. I requested a refund and no one has spent much as responded to me. I am.appalled. I have photos and have already sent them already. Rectify this”

“I was really unhappy with the tiny bouquet that was delivered it was embarrassing watching my mother open the flowers I'd had alone spent 25 pounds for really unhappy and the delivery driver was rude aswell I won't be ordering from here again and will not recommend to anyone either”

“The picture of the flowers I purchased online looked absolutely nothing like the flowers they were delivered. The flowers were all closed up, hadn't bloomed at all, and looked incredibly sparse and sloppy.
